If you hate something, you won't get involved with it. Stop the act of deceiving yourself bro!
Since you said hate water, stop bathing, stop drinking water, wait and see how if you will survive or not. no bro, I think he has a point. Like me, I hate eating and the task of eating.. I know that sounds weird.. But really I do.. But then I just have to eat except I'm ready to die.. Many times in my life, I've often wondered why there isn't other easy alternatives to sustaining ur strength and energy except via food. Eating is such a task to me.. When I eat, I eat only the little I can manage and I have to be quickly done about it.. My family think I'm weird and need help.. But I dont think I do. I'm normal as far as it goes.. However, I love drinks a lot. Eating is very important to my life.. But still doesn't mean I like it..such an annoying task |

LholarB: . Hello ma'am, when I saw your first rant about Booqee.. I was like *ahannnn, warrisdis*, I was really offended by it(who wldnt be offended) but I decided to waka post that comment not until you I saw this reply again... Funny how you were quick to reply Booqee but didn't reply the other mamas. I don't understand what you mean by the thread is unnecessarily long... Do you want it to be unnecessarily short...if it ain't long, how will you learn and how will you enjoy the BS of other mamas cos I don't get what the rant is about . Let her complain however she wants, erryone ain't a silent/ strong mama like you who sucks up all their problems to themselves... Even Doctors will tell you to complain if you have any slight headache not to talk of Smone dat experiences MS erryday . Yes, she ain't the only one with MS and wldnt be Last but that ain't up to you to start bullying her here instead of you looking for solutions for her so dat we can also learn from it ..... Meanwhile, she ain't using your Data or phone to complain and Seun ain't complaining the Thread is unecessarily Long so run along and go grab some watermelons for your Baby or better yet stay a silent reader/ observer and don't comment at all !! PS: I hate online Trolls/ Bullies , judgianas etc. that's why I had to rant on this one... Let's learn to be sweet, loving and compassionate to each other?! Ok peeps, I apologize to u all for my comments.was just trying to say my mind. sincere apologies @bouqee |

booqee: please shove ur advice up your arse and choke on it from behind, and get the hell out of my moniker.
Typical nairalander, u say something crazy and then start off with "no offence" Your comment doesn't bother me as much, because I don't know you and I've never seen ur name around this thread. But the fact that your comment garnered a lot of likes from other moms/moms-to-be is rather discouraging to me and upsetting.
Please, what is the purpose of a thread like this if its not to pour ur heart out or get support from experienced people like you all, especially for a first timer.
As a matter of fact, I don't believe that I have "complained" as much as you claim I do on this very thread, because I try to save most of my so called complaint to my pregnancy journal..
If that is the case, then about 70% of us are all "complainers" including you. You may not come online to complain, but we all do.
Anyway, its all good. I'll just maintain my level. madam am not here to trade words with you. Iam only telling you the pure truth that nobody else wanna tell you.. its because of people like you, the thread is uneccessarily long to 3000 pages wth. I totally understand how you may feel with the morning sickness and all that, I know it is not easy, but all u need to do is read and learn, complaining doesn't solve shit.. its rather irritating. Ur profile even shows you have been a nairalander for about 6 years, and you're acting like a newbie. am not here to identify with any team or not or be complaining 24/7, am only here purely to learn and it has really helped, so u see I realy mean no offence. but if feel offended, then |

Anugod: First, congrats on your new bun. Stress-free pregnancy and easy birth to you. Second, you're still very early. Rigorous sex at this point may not be very good for your baby. My doc said it could cause a miscarriage I'd advise you try to avoid sex as much as possible in your first trimester. Third, cramps and sore boobs is quite common at this early stage. You might not need to worry if it's not too severe. Otherwise, you might need to see a gynecologist. Fourth, find your way to the pregnancy thread on the health section and find more preggy ladies like you to interact with. Finally, congrats once again. Happy bumping. thanks so much.. Searched for that thread to no avail.. If u will be so kind as to give me the link to the thread.. Thanks |

If not fertilized, it dies and comes out as what we see as period. This is a totally wrong stuff It's not even the egg that comes out as menstrual period, maybe it's part of it.. But the egg in question (ovum) is so tiny and microscopic at that stage. When an egg is produced, the uterus lining is thickened in preparation of a pregnancy, so the egg can implant itself to it (uterus). If no fertilization occur, the lining starts shedding at the next menstrual period ... Comes out as period blood |

I am super excited and frantic with worry at the same . I just got to know I'm pregnant 5 days ago.
So since then, each time me and my husband have sex, I have some cramps.
I've been having other mild cramps occasionally.. The kind of cramps you feel when you know your period is coming. Sometimes feels like menstrual pain itself. Only that I'm not menstruating. It's not painful actually.
Is this normal? Thank you. |

iPrevail: So cooking and washing for a partner every now and then is a big deal? Just how? Seems everything is a big deal to Nigerian girls. Does he also pay you "stipends" every now and then? Do you complain about that too.
Well, like someone suggested already, break up! Since things like this will be a problem to you in a relationship. Go, stay in your parents house and wait for a husband. cooking and washing is nothing.. I can always do that with ease... but I am working (including weekend sometimes).. so when I am free during the weekend I come over to cook and I go back home in the night..which I also have to do the same thing at my parents (but I am not complaining). but even if I am not working, once in a week is okay I believe.. problem is that, anytime I am not going to work , he expects me to be at his place (EVERYTIME I AM NOT WORKING) .. if I don't he complains I am not caring enough and I am not excited about seeing him.. but I have a life too.. sometimes I just want to have my own time.. sleeping over is a another thing entirely |

Sleep over one night is OK and good enough. You have done nothing wrong. This restriction is normal in christian homes, nothing special at all.
Tell him to step up and marry you. Chikena ! thanks a lot.. he doesn't see it as a restriction but as me not been social or outgoing or conforming to what other babes are doing out there.. but aside from been a Christian or not.. My advice break up. I know you won't. Marriage day set and he is still fighting over this is like lightning before thunder. The fight will move to something else when you get married. And you will end up single in a married home.
Since your a christian.....pray! It always works thanks for your advice... like u said I am not sure I want to break up.. because of the fact that we have come this far.. (introduction, our families now know each other) and I love him very much. frankly speaking I believe he doesn't really mean it too.. there are times that I am able to turn the conversation around and threaten him with breaking if he keeps asking me to sleep over, then he would start begging and doing all sort of nice things for me.. then till the next episode |

ethene: U claim ur a good Christian and 'yeah we have sex occasionally'? don't u think ur stories are contradictory? U don't want to spend longer days sleeping in his house cos ur not married but u have sex occasionally which is supposed to be for married people so I wonder what's left of u. My take is he must be very stupid and arrogant to threaten u with a break up because u don't want to come sleep more at his place as if ur life depends on him, any way I won't blame him cos to him he has nothing to loose since he had already scattered ur thing; u see why it pays to abstain from sex? Cos all thing being equal ur the one that is supposed to threaten him with a break up should he insists u come spend the night at his place. I didn't claim to be a good Christian.. though I try my very best to be one but I am not perfect.. I have shortcomings .. what I said is my parents are deep Christians.. I tried my best to abstain from sex for more than a year of dating but he begged and cajoled..and everything possible .. so yes I was foolish enough to accept eventually.. but we have done the deed now.. his excuses are that this is not the way it was with his ex.. she comes over for days and she cooks, clean, wash and all sorts.. but I don't do the same.. whereas I am a lady who works.. I can't do all that.. moreover I am still under my parent, and sleeping over is not acceptable to them irrespective of my age.. so I do it only when I can |

BiafranNigerian: You can always extrapolate the measure to any volume you desire. Use same concentration. It wont hurt your skin if stays there for an hour or more, but these works wonderfully cos they are naturally organic substances. Its a toner also, when you apply it consistently, it will definitely tone the skin. Fill a small container with half-measure of water the other half of ACV and use cotton or smooth cloth to apply on the region constantly, it fades away spots. That is tested and trusted. thank you.. would get the ACV next week.. can't wait to start I hope it won't bleach my skin.. I'm dark skinned |

Health › Re: I Am Only 24 And I Am Diagnosed Of Impotency, Why Is Life So Unfair? by kinkie(f): 8:55am On Apr 13, 2016 |
BiafranNigerian: You can heal skin by altering it’s pH & microbial (Malassezia) profile. Skin conditions such as Psoriasis, Eczema, atopic dermatitis, Dandruff, dry skin, Tinea Versicolor, Rosacea, Seborrhoeic dermatitis, Acne are in many cases thought to be caused by the fungus Malassezia.
Few people know this but natural healthy skin has a pH around 4. That is quite acidic and actually a good thing. Acidic pH helps maintain skin integrity and keeps beneficial flora attached to the skin and bad flora such as fungus away.
Therefore it is critical the skin pH be around 4 or ideally slightly lower, while keeping the pH of the internal organs at higher pH on its alkaline state.
In essence, use 4 teaspoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar in half a glass of water to rub on the affected skin while half a teaspoonful of baking soda in a glass of water of water should be ingested twice a day for a week. The idea is to keep the blood in alkaline state of pH of 9 but the skin on acidic state of pH of 4. The application on the skin can continue until result appear, it is recommended that the ingestion should be conducted within the interval of 2 weeks in a month. wow I really appreciate the reply.. 4 teaspoonful of Apple cider vinegar in a glass to rub on affected should be exhausted for one application or multiple application for the whole day. and how many minutes should it be left on the skin? also apart from the infection, would this solution clear of the spots and return a clear smooth unwrinkled skin.. that's one of my major concern.. I just don't have confidence walking when I have to wear a skirt. thanks. |

BiafranNigerian: Note, importantly, when you squeeze the lemon or lime, it must be consumed within 30 minutes, to avoid oxidation. Oxygen is 21% of our atmosphere, although its excellent in our lungs its actually oxidizes every fruit and food. So, take the lemon as soon as you squeeze the juice out. So, take it separately each time. Squeeze as much as you can take at a time. Squeeze every other time you need it to avoid oxidation of the juice. hello sir, been following the thread, you seem very knowledgeable in medical issues.. I was hoping you could be of help. I have this terrible skin problem from young age.. boils just break out of my skin after a serious uncontrollable itch and burst into wounds... my parent took me to hospital but doctors were unable to explain exactly what causes it except saying issue is from my blood..but was given treatment which never works... I've had hundreds of them just on my legs alone and very few on my arm. if you see my legs now... I can't even wear a knee length skirt... thousands of black spots on my legs caused by these wounds that some have even merged into black wrinkled patches on my skin.... for some unexplainable reasons from 18 years they started reducing... now maybe I only experience like five boils in a year unlike before at least one per day.. my skin itches everyday then.. how can I stop this problem completely.. but more importantly how can I clear off the black spots on my legs to look normal like every other person... last time I saw a dermatologist he said only surgery can help my case as the spots are much and old.. sounds scary.. I'm almost 26 and very unhappy with my skin looking like this and even wrinkled cos of too much wounds I would be happy if you have a solution for me... thanks for ur anticipated response.. |
