How many Lagosians can afford this?

By the way, a private boat of 20 passengers capacity collects the same N800 from Ebute Ikorodu to Victoria Island or CMS and it will spend between 25 - 30 minutes. So why do I go for a bigger one that will take 50 minutes to take me to the same destination for the same amount?

Ijede to Badore is N350 by private boats and government's own is charging N500.

Who are the people advising this Governor?

From Ikorodu Garage (Roundabout), take a bike to Grammer School and tell the bikeman that you are going to 'Life Seminary'. It's just by the road side on the left at Grammer School bus stop.

There are a lot of reasons for that:

1) Some employees voluntarily resign and move on;

2) Performance appraisals are periodically done and those who fall below the threshold are asked to go;

3) New roles and/or new business units are created which require new hands;

4) Banks usually have a specific budget for staff salary, so when there is a promotion exercise or salary review, the only way to maintain the budget is to purge out some middle-level staff with high salary and bring in some entry level staff with low salary;

5) Also, some staff members with questionable records are periodically identified and relieved, which creates some sort of openings.
