At Op, honestly if truly you finished with first class, in civil engineering for that matter, l don't expect you to be this confused of what you want to do with your life.
Let me give you an example, before l graduted from University, l knew l will end up as a business man and going for masters never crossed my mind. So all the jobs l have been doing including a professional programme l am running are all tailored towards achieving my dream.

Sorry, I just saw this. The office is situated around Sabo, Mokola, Ibadan. As for the pay, I am not in possible to discuss or disclose that. What I am sure of is, there will be basic salary because there will be other benefits like commission even as a Front Desk Officer . But the truth is, if money is your priority of looking for a job, you may miss it. Please note that the company is new. So do not expect too much so that you will not be disappointed. The Front Desk Officer will resume first week of March other things being equal.

We have received a lot of CVs but not have not gotten the right person. Please let me be more specific, the applicant we need should be an ND or NCE holder, a female, and not more than 23 years of age. We have been receiving CVs from graduates. The truth is, we are not looking for cheap labour. We want someone who will be motivated with what the company is ready to offer for a start. So, if you have sent your CV and got no response from us, that means you were probably not shortlisted.
Since we have not gotten the right persons, the position is still open. So you can keep sending your CV.

Position summary
The front desk customer service officer would work under strict instructions to be responsible for the day to day activities of the Agency. They would be the first point of call and the representing face of the Agency by providing effective counselling on applications and visas to all registered clients in order to get them to their destination (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, New-Zealand, Dubai etc.)

Role Requirements

Attend to customers enquiry and complaint
Protect the Company’s image as the Front Desk Officer
Taking proper record of minute of meetings
Attending and proffering solutions to clients issue
Other general secretarial duties deemed fit by the company
General administration and maintenance of all office supplies, facilities and infrastructure
General purchase of Office equipment, stationeries etc
Attending to delegates’ needs and coordination of institution visit modalities
Counselling applicants on suitable course and study option

Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum of National Diploma or able to demonstrate the level of key skills required at degree level – essential

Please guys, let's update the thread with real info. I know some people have first hand information but they are just not willing to share it. All is well.

Trust this meets you well.

I wish to share all I know or have passed through concerning NIS. About 5 months ago, my contact in NIS asked me to write an application and addressed it to the CG stating that I took part in the March 15, 2014 recruitment exercise. I was also asked to submit duplicate of all my credentials. I did all these about five months ago.
Ever since then, all he has been telling me is that I should hold on that everything will be perfected and appointment letter will be issued before election.
Few days ago, he updated me concerning the process. He said I should get a two self addressed envelopes with 50 naira stamp each and send to him along with my LGA. Well, I have done that.
Now, this week, he called again and said my original credentials will be needed(I am very skeptical here) for verification. In fact, he said it must be submitted this week. If I must submit them, it will be coloured photocopies.
I am confused here because I see no reason why i should submit my original credentials and not duplicates. Honestly, I do not even know if everything is real or not. Each time I make enquiries from friends of mine in Abuja they are not always sure of the information I do pass across.
My fear is, he said he will send one of his boys to take the credentials to Abuja and he will be there for the next two weeks so that he can monitor the process to the end. He is now asking me to pay the fare of the person to and fro including accommodation. But the questions are: why will an officer leave his job for two weeks to go stay in Abuja for two weeks? Why will I be asked to bring my ORIGINAL credential (not just for sightseeing but to be with him or them for two weeks)? Why is he asking ONLY me to pay when I am not sure I am the only candidate (maybe he is asking others to do same)?
So guys, if possible, kindly confirm this and relay it to the house.

I was invited to participate in lbadan today but l don't want to go because l have gotten an offer whose pay is far better than what sure-p has to offer (though l wouldn't mind if l am jobless). I think it is the official site because the one the application is not going through. When l spoken with someone at the LGA where l obtained mine, the person said the one on the application is the old site. Buy yhe fellow couldn't give me yhe new one so l went online to search for this.
