Calyb: Minister of interior Abba Moro should start seeing the handwriting on the wall. He was not given a national award. If na me be moro, i for don resign tay tay.....oh. Did anyone heard about compilation of nis list by various state commands?. Nis are set for oct. I will quit this thread if nothing is done after oct. Mark my word.
I heard it, too. I have been waiting for someone to raise this so that I will not look or sound foolish to some folks here. l think so many stuffs are going on in NIS right now.

@Olunavi, hmm, I must confess, you are such a wonderful man. There are so many so-called officers who don't even know when an under "G" recruitment is going on. For instance, Customs recruited about 700 drivers last year, but many officers were not aware until they resumed for duty. Believe it or not, so many things are going on in NIS presently. And the truth is, many people are hoarding authentic information. As someone had likely said, let us hope for the best in October. It might be extended to November though. But thing I am sure of is that GEJ will finalize the recruitment issue this year because his opponents are already using the recruitment to campaign against him. Shalom.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Would You Accept An Offer With A Salary Like This? by kismo(m):
@ OP, honestly, there are some decisions no man (not even NL) can make for you. You need to seat and think deep about what you want for yourself before you start hunting for job. You don't just pick up a job just because you are desperate (especially when the so-called takehome can't take u anywhere). Listen, if you don't have intention of being a teacher, it is better you don't take the job because frustration will make you resign your appointment because you may never have time to attend interview or job test. Well, you will have to keep telling lies (i.e if u will even have d opportunity). Even when you attend the interview, you may not be selected because your teaching experience may not count. My advice is that you go look for company that may not even pay you up to 20k but you can earn the cognate experience. 20k is nothing compare to what you will lose in the longrun. I will assume you are a guy. There are so many things you can do with your time(if you are not lazy and shy) that can fetch you at LEAST 10,000 per month assuming you work only Monday to Friday for just 4 hours. Or better still, go to any nearby organisation of your choice, volunteer to work for free. I am sure they will pay you stipend at the end of the month and you will learn alot. I am sure you will not value this piece of advice until you resume the teaching job. I wish you the best. Sorry for the long epistle. Lol.

Dandybutix: immigration promoted d wrong officers and it's not on any news or papers? D kind of silly info some guys bring on dis forum n thread irritate me badly. So they want to demote d initially promoted offficers n promote d officers dat r due for promotion. Arant Nonsense!
I had never insulted anyone on this forum, even when people insult me, but I make it bold to you that you are stupid and mad for saying "D kind of silly info some guys bring on dis forum n thread irritate me badly" Do you think I am that jobless (like you) to come and post what I am not sure of on this forum? Thank your God that I don't know you in person, I would have given you a slap you will never forget in a hurry. So many people from this forum have met me in person and even some still call me to make enquiries and once I post anything here they call to confirm it without even posting it here. Those who have met me know that I am too busy to have time to spear to post nonsense. And you are here saying nonsense with that your maggot mouth and typing it with your leprosy hand. You dey talk as if no b 9ja we dey, where d "impossible" is made possible. If u know who give me ds info, u no go doubt me again 4 ur life. See, no just vex me o.

I told you guys that I will update you once I am able to get authentic information about this NIS. I just heard from my source that the recruitment has been placed on hold for now. He said they are trying to sort out internal issues first. He said they are trying to sort out the issues of those whose promotion are long overdue but were not promoted. He said they promoted the wrong people. So, they are trying to resolve that, therefore, nobody is talking about recruitment for now. He promised to keep me informed of any latest happening in NIS. This information is from the horse's mouth. Take it or leave it. It is not a must you believe it, but I don't talk when I am not sure of my facts. SHALOM!

PhonesRe: Airtel Bb Plan On Android by kismo(m): 12:41am On Jan 07, 2014
Please, is airtel aware of this 2gb for #1500 or it's a tweat? I subscribed for 2gb and also loaded 100 to get another 10mb, but yet I couldn't browse with the 2gb after I exhausted the 10mb. I called airtel customer agent and asked for a refund of my 1500(a friend told me they do refund), and they agreed to do that in 24 hours, on the condition that the 2gb will be met intact. After the call, I decided to load another #100 for 10mb. Lol and hehold, it worked perfectly! My question now is, do I still need to call airtel customer care to tell them not to bother? Or when they get there and discover it's less than 2gb, they will just forget about wiping it off? ABEG MAKE E NA NO VEX. Wetin person no understand na ask e dey ask o. Thanks for response.

Mod, please I'm sorry if here is not the appropriate section to post this; I just couldn't find the best place to post it.
Nairaland GeneralNigeria Immigration Service Plans To Purchase Tricycles For Border Patrol by kismo(op): 5:51am On Jan 02, 2014
The Nigeria Immigration Service has budgeted N166m to purchase tricycles (keke Marwa) for the patrol of the country’s porous borders as part of strategies to combat terrorism.
The plan to buy the tricycle listed under the code, NIS002000079, was contained in the 2014 budget proposal of the agency with total budget allocation put at N39,302,208,398.
It was described as an ongoing project.
Nigeria has 84 legal borders and 1479 irregular routes which illegal aliens, Boko Haram terrorists and smugglers are known to use.
The Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, had announced in March, 2012 that the Federal Government planned to build 84 plazas at the identified legal routes as part of the ways to checkmate activities of criminals and infiltrators.
According to him, the government would introduce the electronic components for the surveillance of the borders with a central post in Abuja or any part of the country that is deemed fit or appropriate.
But this had yet to be done 22 months after and there was no listing for the plazas in the budget.
“We have recently, in conjunction with the national boundaries commission, identified 84 routes travellers to Nigeria use. We are thinking, as a starting point, we must be able to build these plazas in these 84 points.
We have equally identified 1,497 irregular routes, that is how Herculean the problem of securing these borders is, but daunting as the challenges are, government is equal to the task because it is its primary responsibility to secure the lives and property of its citizens,” he had stated.
The NIS will also spend N685,151,983 to purchase other operational vehicles and another N9,842,825 to procure patrol motorcycles.
The agency plans to spend N72.5m on deportation and repatriation of illegal aliens.

@op, I am sorry, I just stumbled on your post. I don't know if you actually went, but what I am sure of is that XDS is Real. My office is around that area. Infact, to clear your doubt, I am aware they need customer service. I decided not to ask a friend of mine to apply because the pay is 20k and the work hour is not favourable(8am-7.30pm). To me, it doesn't really worth it. If you are really interested and you have attended the interview, you can send your name to: contactkismo@yahoo.com. BUT THEY NEED A FEMALE O. Because your profile here shows you are a male.

Why don't you tell him that he has to invite people to make commitment of $10 each to join the scheme before he can start making anything at all. And that the number of people he brings in and the effectiveness of his downline determine his earnings? Why must he come for seminar before he can understand? Explain what it entains here if you are so sure you have been making thousands and millions.
