When a people enters a contest without the mind of winning they can act or behave anyhow.

These two scenerio is what played out when APC was campaigning in 2014/2015. They never new it would be possible forthem to win power at the centre. Because of that they promised all manner of things and played even foul games to ruin & rubish the rulling party then.
Now they are in power, because the are ill prepered they dont even know what to do on how to run this nation.
