Hmmmm Definitely CCT will still hold, thou Appeal court is a superior court but as a mata of fact there is no judgement yet from Appeal court..at the inception I don't fink Saraki has any reason or right to appeal first..its after the judgement of CCT..then Saraki can now appeal and any judgement given in appeal court wil overule CCT...quote me if am wrong 1 Like |
