Why not consider Russia, There are State scholarship going on in about 6 Universities in Russia before August 20 2019, It is way way cheaper to study in Russia and the universities are renowned and standard( You may even get to travel to the US for an elective course). I don't know why people have really ignored Russia, maybe everyone thinks they are not accepting or easy to apply to their schools, everything has changed now, You can earn as much as $700 monthly working as a student in RUSSIA!

In the faculty of Engineering of CSU, I urgently need a PhD student or PhD holder to teach few courses majoring in Electrical or Computer Engineering!

For a PhD student, it will be part-time and salary is relatively okay. For PhD holder, it will be Full-time!

Are u saying the translation is now 2000 for NL not 40000.
Lastly, do they accept paying the tuition fee by installments.

- u mentioned 50,000 naira per document for legalisation. It is from the Ukraine embassy or from MoE or MoFA.
- after securing the visa how much are u collecting?
- cost of translating the documents from English?
- is there any instalments package for the tuition fee?
- is there job opportunities during the period of study as a means of livelihood?
