I saw on British council site that there’s a chance the score might reduce? Does this apply for MOD IeLtS also? Has anyone been (Or heard of someone ) whose score was reduced after applying for remark?

Good afternoon House... I'll appreciate anyones input to my inquiry or doubt..

I am asking this on behalf of my brother.. his ielts score was just released and his scores are LSRW: 9, 7, 7.5, 8. This brings his CRS to 470. We are considering applying for a remark for speaking with the hopes that it may be increased to atleast a 7.5 ....

my question now is, is this reasonable and what are the chances that the score may be increased? is it worth filing for a remark?
