EngrSarah: Please house, I am looking for some guidance.
My first application was denied and I got ITA again and trying to fill out the second application There is a session title "Immigration history and citizenships" and 2 out of the 5 questions have me confused. 1. Has EngrSarah applied to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada before: I answered Yes 2. Has EngrSarah applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before: I answered Yes
Here are the questions confusing me: 3. Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number: I believe this should be the file number, which starts with an "E" of my rejected application, right? 4. If EngrSarah has a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below: I believe this should be the UCI of my rejected application, right?
Thanks in advance! If you don’t mind, can you kindly share the reason for the rejection so we all can learn and be guided. Thank you in anticipation! |

Has anyone tried cancelling and getting some sort of refund for IELTS? I initially paid for my wife to write, but we’ve changed our minds. We called the phone number on the mod IeLtS site but we were asked to show police or doctor’s report showing concrete reasons why we can’t write the exam.
Has anyone had the same issue and how did you go ahead to resolve? |

olalekan9320: 1. You don't need an additional document to show you were paid in cash, the major thing needed is your reference letter, but in the reference letter you can add "was/ is paid in cash the sum of ..." or you just add a LOE when you are about to submit post ITA. All these are not compulsory but to avoid stories that touch.
2A. I'm confused or better still I don't understand the question.
2B. No
C. No, but you can if you like
D. No, it's not a must.
3. After ITA
The answers are on page one sha and some were even asked recently This was helpful for me also. Thank you |

Hi everyone. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with my question.
A little background story: I recently graduated from a master’s program here in Canada and am hoping to apply for federal skilled worker program when the draw resumes. I created an EE profile today and would like to start making arrangements for the necessary documents i'd need. My questions are as follows:
i. Do i still need a gift of deed (to explain where the amount came from) from my dad for the $20,000 sent last year, considering it has been in my account for a year
ii. Considering that i left naija in 2018, do i need a police certificate from Nigeria? |

emeify1: I do too. U were refused previously? What were the reasons and how did u tackle them? ‘I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay based on - personal asset and financial status - Employment situation -family ties in home country and Canada I provided more details from my wife’s place of work - introduction letter, bank statement showing salary payment, payslips. I also provided documents showing ownership of our house in Nigeria worth over 60 million Naira, CAC document showing 20% ownership of family business with cash flow of over 500million Naira and bank statement showing payments from the business, and attached bank documents from my Canadian bank account showing a 1 year fixed deposit of $50000 and about $25000 closing balance from chequing account and savings account. I applied using an agent here in Canada. So he helped to put everything together and clarified in details our circumstance based on the information from the GCmS note. More details were provided sha, this is not every.. the agent was quite detailed in his letter of explanation |

Nigeria’s problem is beyond religion. Many countries in the world where things work are not Christian countries. It is the ingenuity, lack of vision and ideas by government that is causing all the mess. Lack of appropriate policies to foster economic growth and opportunities. Religion (especially christianity) basically a distraction that encourages individuals to blame their issues on the supernatural. Oh well, wetin be my own I sha don comot the country for them |
