Verily, I will expiate your sins and admit you to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise). But if any of you after this, disbelieved, he has indeed gone astray from the Straight Path."

Well, it actually depend on d affordability of d owner to the choice of type n quality of work needed most especially the finishes materials. It also depend on d kind of structural foundation d soil bearing capacity can witstand n ur ability to afford it.The carcass or the building may b same wit most owners in terms of cost cos dat d frame skeletal structural part of d building. From ma esperience as civil/structural engineer will advice dat u budget 20M. If u need more details am available.
