You don't have to feel intimidated bro. All the muscular guys you see at gym started from somewhere. They were not born that way. So brace yourself up and step into the gym without fear of being mocked by anyone. It may interest you to know that most of the big guys at gym will gladly assist and encourage you to do more. Doing it alone at home may not give you the desired results because of lack of Consistency and other distractions.

I just hope inec is ready for this 2023 elections because from all indications, alot needs to be done.
