Hello Yikeem, I'd like to know more about this machine as a Nigerian user:
Pricing Maintenance Types Market availability, etc
Being a complex equipment, one don't have to dabble into it based on what's seen on movies and videos.
Issues like cost of maintenance, electricity consumption and other stuff that's of concern to Nigerians (elites excluded) is what I'd like to know before getting one.
Meanwhile, I'm not a sports or professional user. Just wants to get to keep the family fit and stuff.
Hope to hear from you soon |

I don't know if you guys know how to render public opinion at all. Someone came to a conclusion and listed out why he arrived at that conclusion, all you do is insult and slam FALSE without any proof. That you don't have any issue with Kuda does not make it valid.
People are loosing money and all you do is shut them up, when your time comes, don't think you'll be given the chance to be heard.
So if you want to counter the OP's view, please raise a quality argument against and not these things I see here.
Have you had problem of logging out Kuda bank app unknowingly or due to phone problem or you got a new phone and wants to log in, and it went smoothly?
Have tried verifying if the number OP listed was correct for Kuda bank customer care?
Have you tried calling the number and was responded to by the customer care, let alone getting any response at all?
What about emails, have they responded your email before and how fast was the response?
How about showing us a screenshot of the list of Microfinance banks (MFBs) insured by NDIC, at least he asked us to check it by yourselves? It is not correct to use an uninsured bank you know...
I have also observed many people confirming Kuda bank's poor customer care services. I also observed FEW responses about solving the password/login issues via Web and not app. That notwithstanding, this could have been as a result of trial and error of the issue above not really a response of Kuda bank with respect to their poor app management.
I have been using something without problem is not a proof that if it ever has issues that the cost will be heavy on your side.
Meanwhile, this post was made around 6 months ago, so if you're just joining the discussion and your response is slamming FALSE on it without verifying his points, YOU'RE NOT DOING WELL!!!!
IF KUDA IS RESPONDING TO YOU, TAKE UP THIS GUYS MATTER AND SEE THAT HE IS EITHER PROVED WRONG OR JUSTICE GOTTEN FOR HIM. He is an undergraduate for crying out loud and he lost his money with no means of letting Kuda know nor hope of getting it back.
@OP - if this matter was later solved please also share it here and let the public know about it.
Remember, what goes around always comes around. |

Hi guys, have heard a lot about not washing your beards every day. So what do you do on your face when taking your bath?
As in, hen taking your bath, does washing your beard while washing other part of your body count as washing your beard or does it refer to special treatments like using shampoo and stuff? |
Health › Re: Common Beard Myths Demystified by kloverneon(m): 12:06am On Nov 14, 2020 |
MyBeardGang: Here's what we discussed...
He asked, “Hey, Bro! You've grown up to this age, why haven't you grown beards yet, what's the problem?
I answered, “that's something I don't really understand myself...
...what could be the trick behind growing beards? Is it that complicated? Well, I'll follow this up to that.”
He replied saying, “while someone is looking for the tricks for fast beard growth, that person can come across false and incorrect myths.”
*Clicks the pause button*
To proceed, let's disclose to you those myths you would always hear of in your quest to grow beards.
Note that, to demystify these myths, you have to opt-in for the right information about growing beards; else you would only wallow in ignorance despite being educated.
Let's look into some of these myths. Ready? Let's delve in.
1. Your Beards Will Itch Always
If you hear these words from anyone, refuse to believe it because it's false information. Yes, the beard may itch, but the itching does go beyond the early growth stages. Usually, the itching doesn't last for more than a month. After a month, you may still experience itchy beards, but this time caused by beards hair that's too coarse or dry skin.
With proper grooming, you can get rid of such itching. That's the reason why purchasing products such as beard oil or the beard cream is highly essential. Beard oil plays the role of supporting the skin's production of natural oil called sebum. It ensures that the skin and your whiskers are properly hydrated all the time.
A moisturized beard doesn't know what itching is all about. So, while you may observe itching in your beard, note that it doesn't always itch and will not itch if you properly care for it.
2. Shaving Your Beards Would Make it Much
It's a complete NO for this one. Have you been curious about growing beards? Then, you must have come across this particular myth that demands that you shave the whole of your beards for a thicker one to grow. In other words, start all over, and you'll see thicker beards grow.
But, the appropriate thing to say about is nothing but these three words, “forget about it.”
Dermatologists, doctors and beard gurus all have openly debunked this myth in many ways, and here is the real bottom line: shaving only ensures that your beard hair looks thicker. Why?
You should know that your beard follicles are naturally tampered right at the end. When you shave them, you are cutting the thin shaft and exposing the hair's thick part near the skin. All parts of your beards grow at the same rate.
3. You Won't Be Able To Get A Job
Having a beard doesn't disqualify you from getting a job. In today's work environment, there are quite a lot of bearded men, so that makes this one a myth, too. True, some jobs are more friendly for those with beards than for those without beards. Some corporate jobs may have strict guidelines as regards to facial hair.
But, above all, many companies look out for skills and not physical appearance. What speaks louder is your resume. Keep this in mind: before going for a job interview, ensure that your beards are professionally trimmed and shaped.
Make sure that you're looking sharp - from your clothes down to your shoes, and also your haircut.
4. You'll Have A Full Beards In A Week (Or Two)
Back to the growth-phase and that notion which depicts that the beard of every man grows at a completely different rate. Yes, you may think that's a myth, too — but it isn't really one of the myths. We all know of a person who grows beards in a short time — maybe, immediately after shaving. For most men, growing a complete beard takes about two to three months, at least one which is fully developed.
In growing beards, one of the things you should adopt — if you don't have it — is patience. And make sure you stay on course. Doing these will give you your desired result in a short time.
5. A Beard Makes You Look Unattractive
Saying beards look unattractive show that you've ignored the fact that many people actually do find beards a lot more attractive.
According to a study, women find security in guys with beards. They believe that guys with beards will be able to protect their children. And to add, they find guys with beards more attractive.
Now we've known about five of the myths you always hear, as long as getting the desired type of beards is concerned, let's move into telling you a few things you should do to help you demystify the myths listed above.
How to Demystify the Beard Myths
1. Stop Looking In The Mirror
With all the issue involved in growing beards, the more you stare at your beard in the mirror, the more you judge your goal around having a perfect beard. And hitting perfection with your beard is something that's out of your control. By always judging your beards, you're only discouraging and bringing yourself down. So, while you grow beards, don't look at the mirror.
2. Quit Picking At It
Yes, you have to pick at your beards for the morning grooming, and you can't control the urge to pick at your beards while being lost in deep thought or meditation — but you should still try your possible best to keep your hand away from your beards.
3. Clean It Up
It's said that a clean beard is also a fuller beard. Just like the hair on your head, if you keep it clean, it'll surely appear much fuller than if you allow it become wholly dried out or too oily. To achieve a decent beard, you can go for products such as a good beard wash and softener. They help to keep your beard clean without you torching it.
4. To speed up your beard growth, you need extra help
You may decide to speed up the rate at which your beard grows by either using a beard booster or a beard cream created specifically for fast growth.
Anything other than this, your beard would only grow at the expected rate which your body enables.
https://mybeardgang.com/beard-myths-and-how-to-demystify-them/ Hi guys, have heard a lot about not washing your beards every day. So what do you do on your face when taking your bath? Fashion › Re: How To Grow And Take Care Of Ur Beard by kloverneon(m): 11:57pm On Nov 13, 2020 |
Ahmed99: HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BEARD 1. Just like your hair, wash and shampoo your beard regularly with warm water. A lot of guys do not wash their beards, the few that do use bar soap thereby drying out the beard and the skin beneath. Use moisturizing shampoo instead, your beard hair is different from the hair on top of your head, therefore a mild shampoo is easier on your skin under your beards.
2. Gently pat and wipe your beard dry with a towel after washing.
3. Use a conditioner to add a little shine to your beards. To keep your beard from getting too wiry, you should use Beard Oil to help condition the hair and the skin underneath. It will help your beard look and feel its best and also helps with any itching problem you might have on your beards. I personally use L’Avyanna Men Premium Beard Oil for my rich, full and soft beards as you can see above in the featured image.
4. Invest in Beard Accessories Such as the wide-toothed comb, short comb, beard brush, beard trimming scissors and electric trimmer. Comb your beard with a wide-toothed/short comb to remove tangles depending on how full your beard is. Brush your mustache with a beard brush.
5. Trim your beards every month if you have decided to keep your beards short Trim every two months if you have intention of growing long beard. Trimming gets rid of split ends in your hair. Use scissors or trimmer to keep the excess hair off your cheek and neck respectively.
6. Eat with Care To Avoid Food Particles Storing Up in Your Beards It’s common to see a bearded man eating ice cream and the cream is dropping on his beards and he isn’t aware because he can’t feel the drop on his beards. This is not nice at all. So please, always keep food particles out of your beard by taking small bites and wiping your face after each bite. Always have serviette handy while out in a restaurant.
FINAL THOUGHTS
In addition to the beard-grooming advice I’ve given you so far, please ensure you have enough sleep as losing sleep has been found to slow down beard growth. So now I believe you’ve been equipped with all the necessary knowledge to go out and start your beard journey. Go forth now and start the journey of #NoShaveEver. Let the Game of Men Begin!!! When taking your bath, does washing your beard while washing other part of your body count as washing your beard or does it refer to special treatments like using shampoo and stuff? |

Idonweak: Good day to you all. Hope you are all doing good? So on the 25th of this month, my phone (Redmi note 8 pro) was stolen from me at the Berger bus stop by the conductor of the bus I boarded to ketu(i figured out after it happened). And I have been looking for means to track and people told me to visit the nearest police station. Today, I decided to visit the station close by. When I get there i met two police women and a police man at the counter. The woman quickly asked me what I came for and I narrated my predicament to her. She said I will pay 5k for police report. I negotiated and we agreed on 3k. I also bought a recharge card for her. Then she said since I don't know the bus number, that the phone will be tracked and I will pay a sum of 30k. She told me that the tracking will be done at Abuja. I pleaded with her to reduce the amount. She reduce the amount to 25k saying I will pay 20k first and 5k when my phone I Is seen. Then she gave me her phone number and collected mine too. Right now, I don't have up to that amount. And even if I can get money, how am I sure that my phone will be recover?
Please nairalanders advice me on what to do. This phone is still very new. I bought on Jan 10 for 90k and I really want to get it back because I used all my savings from December to January to purchase that phone. How far guy @Idonweak How did the case go. It's a pity you could only get few responses from here. I'd like to know how it went. |

Hello Nairalanders, could you help me list scholarship schemes that are funded by Nigerians or any body at all (recognized or not) but provides legal and legitimate scholarships for Nigerian postgraduates who are studying in Nigeria?
Apart from the likes of Agip, Total, ExxonMobil, etc. which cater for Petroleum, Geology, Engineering and other Oil and Gas related courses, are there other scholarship schemes? (Even ones funded by Federal Government of Nigeria itself is not required as the country itself is not looking healthy).
Also, as wonderful as International Scholarship Schemes/Grants may be, they are not the concern of this post.
Just mention the Scholarship Scheme and how to go about it, irrespective of whether it's past or still on for 2017. Actually, I'm in need of one seriously.
