Why do i said so, because this was a legitimate business transaction yes he may have inflated the contract his company had with PDP or president Jonathan's campaign, As i recognized Nigeria is still capitalist country. For EFCC to win this case to me they have to prove that it was an illegal transaction, right now there own witness have proved it was legal. As it is now there next option will be to prove that Dokpesi conspired with the presidency or the PDP to embezzle this money or Daar communication is front, this things are not easy to prove. For me PDP or Jonathan compaign are in position to take Dokpesi or Daar communication to court and easily get conviction. Dokpesi is a business man, now if PDP or Jonathan's campaign implicate him or Daar communication then it will be easy for EFCC.
