I think to prevent all this nonsense, clergy folks and the marital institutions in the country should allow couples consult legal assistance with drafting a marriage contract that will be duly signed by both parties. I mean all of this crap could have been prevented easily by ensuring that both parties disclose their "assets" and "liabilities" and agreeing to what they bringing to the table before tying the knot.
