I don't know the poster from Adam but i have been on this pet section for long so I know what am saying. I also respect those people u mentioned but it's very sad how some criticize without offering a solution.put up a dog for sale its criticized, post a picture of ur dog its an ekuke. Haba na e too much.

Am always open to learn a thing or two, hence reason for d questions but him avoiding them proves he's either ignoring air doesn't have answers for them. Well at least none from here thinking of getting a mastweiler pup from him would think twice. Am sure he's gon come back was later and say Sold Out. .

Nope! None at all. I can afford to get any type of dog I want. I adopted mine because he came running towards me and never left my side, I had no choice but to take him home with me.

I don't care about his rottmastiff or whatever their name is, neither am I taking sides with anybody. My post was directed to his mixed alsatian he put up for sale. I just don't like when people talk down on other people's pets. Granted the gsd breed quality is being ruined in Nigeria, but nobody should take it out on the poor dogs - they didn't choose to come the way they did. Now I'm getting emotional...

Me I even care about d 'mastweilers', what' does he hope to get out of it and supposedly a first time dog owner wants to get one what do you tell such individual about its temperament when you haven't even owned one.

Question: Do dogs have 6th senses?
Answer : yes dogs have sixth senses which gives them the ability to detect certain things before human can. This can be seen in the hearing, smelling and sight ability, we have even heard stories about dogs seeing/sensing ghosts presence but I don't know if those stories are far fetched but one thing that's true is that dogs have sixth senses and it enables them to notice a wide range of things.
Note: Dogs are not the only animals that have a sixth sense.

Graceglory couldn't have said it better. Figure out why toy need a dog in your life, plan for it in terms of including it in your monthly budget, daily routine and if you can satisfy it's needs mentally and physically. Cos trust me aging a dog irrespective of the size is synonymous to taking care of a child.

I see nothing wrong in calling a spade a spade and not a garden tool. What is wrong in telling the viewers the truth? If you are not sure of your breed or the quality and wont entertain negative comments then you're in the wrong section...perhaps OLX is your friend.

There are pundits in this Pet section I respect so much like Knyte, Prodeegee, Arcbay, Chucky234 just to mention but a few that are keeping standard and educating us a lot - in particular - the ills of crossing. How many new followers like us will even know expect we are told?

If you cross-breed for your personal use only then good and fine and more luck. But selling to the unsuspecting buyer is a CAPITAL CRIME!

Sorry, I think I missed the question. It's safe to vaccinate immediately the dog is on heat...That's before breeding.

You don't have to wait till she's pregnant since vaccination breaks down the immune system, you dont want to weaken a pregnant dam's immune system.

I quite agree with you because like humans I feel dogs can react differently to vaccine shots. Some may not have any noticeable reaction and some can. So I feel it's more than safe to do what u said, vac just before breeding ND probably not when she's pregnant already

Recently I heard of a bachelor's eve were the groom publicly slept with several girls in the name of fun for the last time, another the bride getting drunk and laid. We see online the bride along with her friends playing with toy p**is and boldly showcasing it on social media, large quantities of alcohol consumed, groom dancing with strippers, pictures of which I am too ashamed to post.

Is our morality really gone? That the groom or bride getting married the day after have such room to do the unthinkable. Have we lost our sense of dignity? Where should we draw the line?

It is called Holy Matrimony for a reason. Though it is the end to being single but it is also the begining of a Holy Union (marriage). #BringBackMorality

But what I always frown on, is when a guy suddenly wakes up one day and decides to mate "incompatible" breeds and after the cute impurities are born, they decide to sell to the public. Please ask him his motive for the cross in the first instance, before taking sides...I mean no offense, so please take none.

I'm really thinking aloud with my fingers and it surely amazes me why someone will construct ad in this section but without a price tag. I know this is not general norm cos i'm a frequent guest in other sections like Auto, Properties, etc and the expected standard is you need to include price. Haggling does occur and sales get tied in some cases.

Perhaps someone with a better understanding could educate me why price tag is strictly a taboo? Even those that ignorantly but seriously ask for the price online are immediately referred to call or chat in private. Many people, I'm sure have wasted time and money to make price inquiries via phone call only to be disappointed due to obvious reason

I'm not unaware that the motive could be that sellers (sorry breeders) wants to receive calls from only serious buyers as only few will zap credit to make inquiries if not meant. It's baffling that most of these breeders claim to imported the said breeds and we all know that the oversea breeders don't asked to be called. Rather, the price out there is also given and it breeds sincerity and trust.

My take is buyers should be advised to call to show seriousness and possibly confirm ad genuineness only when they feel that the asking price is not only friendly but could be negotiated (downward).

However, this surely affects the majority and not entirety of ads but...again...i speak for myself as a fresh follower of recent events here...

May we all join hands to make this section livelier.

I tried posting price tag at sm point but I was 'shot down'. I feel if u serious enough about the dog and u call or text or whatsapp that shows how serious you are rather than expose yourself to certain comments and we all know how d pet section can be.
