What? I have been around real muslims here in America and none of them as far as I know use their left hand to clean shyt from their a/s/sh/o/l/e. I have had many of them as roomamtes and I have dated many real muslim girls from muslim countries and they dont do that nonsense.

This deols girl must be a dirty swine, like most of her cohorts in Nigeria. You cant excuse her dirtiness on the basis of religion.

I didn't say it is bad. Just making it clear that all of these things cannot be generalised as human values. You never can tell what happens elsewhere.

It may be bad only because it is seen as bad or because you eat with your right and is expected to use your left at the loo.

ANother Nigerian value is at least bending to greet your elders. I dont think that can be generalised as human either

WHy are you so backward?

First of all, WTF is loo?

Second, you use your left hand to clean shyt from your a/s/s? Who does that?

Third, who are you? You bend to greet your elders? I am a civilized, unshackled, Yoruba tokan tokan and I have never bent to greet my elders.

Fourth, Are you phocking trolling?

debrief08: Lol Obowunmi, female, married with 2 boys. Sorry about your girl, seems she has made up her mind, however make a last effort, under the guise of going to get your cheque, go and see her, invite her to dinner, apologise and tell her what you have learnt and how willing you are to learn and grow more.
Its a last effort, can go either way, however it goes I will advice you to work a lot of the rude arrogant part, you will never get a good woman with that attitude, you will get girls carried away with money who have no value or self esteem but you will never get a good woman with good head on her shoulders if you have an arrogant attitude.
Best wishes

Why does he need a woman with good head on her shoulders? I mean, as long as she has a pu/n/n/y, what does he care what the shape of her head is?

Ochi_Agha:

That would be a lie. I have NEVER seen an Igbo beggar in Igboland. Why would they start begging in another man's land? Igbo culture is not based on begging. You either work, or die. That is the simple thing we do. To beg is beneath us. An Igbo man would move in with his extended family and do chores around s house instead of begging. Igbos have preventing of proverbs concerning beggars and none of them are good. There is no type of social welfare in Igboland. Work, work and more work is the philosophy.

When did Laurel, Maryland US become Igboland?

I live in Lagos all my life, and I am telling you that there are Igbos in Lagos who beg for money, just as how there are Hausaa and Tivs and the rest. It is not an epidemic, but it is certainly becoming an eyesore.

Irrespective, people will do anything to survive, including begging, and like everyone else, Ibos beg!

^^^^

This is so unfair
Why would someone ask you to do something against a member exercising his freedom of speech
You do what she tells you do do without thinking it through, at your age, that is unfortunate
By so doing the wishes of a few, you inevitably open yourself up to harsh and negative criticisms, warranted or not.
I hope you think about your functions very well, and make amends in the future!

If you do not have a mind of your own, let someone else take over the job.
This is unnecessary use of your power to intimidate and harass other members based on the preference of another member who does not necessarily represent the views of majority of the people here.

If this happens again, I will do everything I can to make you pay for it!

“I am not desperate about 2011, I have never been desperate about anything at all because if you follow my career you will not find any desperation. If I had been desperate, I would have been President long time ago. I wouldn’t have stepped down for Abiola in 1992, I wouldn’t have given Obasanjo a chance in 1998, I had the PDP in my hands (like this), I would have taken the nomination in my pocket and I wouldn’t have given him the chance in 2003 when everybody said come and take it over.”

There is a very strong that he is making here. However, the reference to 1992 seems stupid to me. Cos it was not Atiku who stepped down, it was an Ibo man who stepped down. Anyway, he seems humble in this interview!
Politics / How I Escaped Obasanjo’s Corruption Traps-atiku by kobojunkii(f): 10:38am On Dec 21, 2010
News Dec 21, 2010 By Emmanuel Aziken, Political Editor
Erstwhile Vice-President and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar, has revealed how he escaped landmines set up by presidency officials to ensnare him in corrupt deeds.

Speaking to a select audience of top media executives in Lagos on Sunday night, Atiku equally affirmed that he was not desperate for the presidency, saying that he had enough money to eat in his life time.

Responding to questions on why the toga of corruption was being tied around him, Atiku, who was flanked by senior political aides and associates at the dinner, disclosed that it was a deliberate campaign masterminded from the presidency while he was Vice-President to stop him from succeeding President Olusegun Obasanjo.

He said: “It started from the presidency. It was a grand design to put the garb of corruption around me so that I would be ineligible to either contest or threaten anybody. Every government machinery both at home and abroad was used to execute this grand design and I made sure that I insulated myself from that.

“I believe you would agree with me that nobody has been so investigated in office as I was. As chairman of COJA, which the President gave me, I executed faithfully. He set up three different investigations one after the other to make sure that they found me with something, but unfortunately, I knew where he was heading.

“There was no single COJA contract that I made sure that he did not approve even though I had the power to approve it, even if it is ten naira, I took it to him and he approved it. So, how can you get me?”

“I was discussing with a top US government official that it was written about me that I was corrupt, that I am a thief, I am this and that. The comment of the US authorities was very uncomplimentary that this is unbecoming of a President to write about his vice like this.

In the course of my travels I have met many Heads of State in Africa and outside who have told me “but your President said you are corrupt but we don’t find you like that.”

“So, this corruption toga was deliberate to make sure that I am totally eliminated from the political process in this country because somebody felt I am a threat or I would be unstoppable and so on and so forth. But if I am that corrupt, haba all these years why is it that up till now, if you said that as Vice-President I had immunity, I no longer have immunity, no agency in Nigeria, no Police Station has invited me to question. No agency and like it is popularly being said that I cannot go to America and so on and so forth.

America is not the kind of country that if you break their laws that they will let you go, wherever you may be they will pick you up! Anywhere.”

“Yes, America investigated my transactions and I provided all information that they needed but they never found where public money went into my business account. And it is everything I gave them to go through and all they could come up with was, suspect funds! What is the definition of suspect funds? I don’t even have to tell my wife where I earn my money, I don’t know how many of you tell your wives,” he said.

Asked if he was desperate to be President, he said:

“I am not desperate about 2011, I have never been desperate about anything at all because if you follow my career you will not find any desperation. If I had been desperate, I would have been President long time ago. I wouldn’t have stepped down for Abiola in 1992, I wouldn’t have given Obasanjo a chance in 1998, I had the PDP in my hands (like this), I would have taken the nomination in my pocket and I wouldn’t have given him the chance in 2003 when everybody said come and take it over.”

“So, I am not desperate about it, I will wait for the right time, whenever God says is the right time and Nigerians say is the right time. I am not desperate about it. What am I looking for? I have money to eat till I die!”

. . .By the end of 1967, Nigerian forces had regained control of the midwest and had cut off Biafran access to the sea. Although they had encircled the Biafrans, they were unable to penetrate the Ibo heartland. The Biafrans, however, were crowded into mangrove swamps and hardwood forests, unable to provide themselves with the materials of daily existence. Meanwhile, Soviet-built warplanes, many flown by hired Egyptians and British pilots, cut supply lines and inflicted heavy casualties during raids on Biafran urban centers.
Consequently, Biafrans were starving to death at a rate conservatively estimated to be approximately 1, 000 people a day, according to Time. Other sources estimate that as many as 8, 000 people a day died of starvation in the region during this time. Despite the hardship, the Ibo people continued to support the war effort

Very stubborn NAMA!
