American rapper Earl DMX Simmons’ manager Steven J Rifkind has debunked the rumours that he is dead and insists he is still on life support.
In the wake of Friday, the hashtag #RIPDMX is one of the top international trends and the singer’s manager has, in an IG video, set the record straight on the status of the rapper’s condition.
Pleading with fans to continue praying for the rapper and stop using and trending the hashtag , Steven noted that the rapper is on life support and he is still alive. He further noted that a statement from his family will be made available on Saturday.
“Everybody please stop with posting … with these rumours. DMX is still alive, yes, he is on life support. Please, it’s not helping anybody by having seen these false rumours. Let the family relax for a night. You’ll be hearing a statement from the family sometime tomorrow,” Steven said in the video.

Streaming giant Netflix has reportedly bought the documentary of billionaire rapper Kanye West for the sum of $30 million. The documentary according to reports will focus on 2 decades of the rapper’s life and will also highlight his mother’s death in 2007, his failed presidential bid in 2020.

Following the death of President John Magufuli, his Vice President Samia Hassan has just been sworn in as the first Female President.
Magufuli had served as the fifth President of Tanzania from 2015 and passed away on Wednesday, 17th March at the age of 61.


He had been away since the 27th of February, which fuelled speculation about his health and sparked rumours he had contracted COVID-19. His officials, however, denied that he was ill repeatedly.
In her first public address as President, the 61-year-old Samia Hassan announced 21 days of mourning for Magufuli and public holidays on March 22nd and 25th, which are the days the late President will be buried.

Two Nigerians, who exploited the UK Government’s Coronavirus Bounce Back loan scheme by using the identities of ten innocent people to fraudulently obtain £489,000, have been jailed.
The first convict is Timilehin Olasemo, 39, of Bedale Road, Romford, who appeared at Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday, March 17, and was sentenced to three years and two months’ imprisonment for conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.

Olasemo pleaded guilty to the offence on 12 November 2020 at Southwark Crown Court.

The co-defendant, Olufumi David Akinneye, 33, of Cowthorpe Road, Lambeth, was sentenced to a total of five years and six months’ imprisonment for conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to commit fraud after pleading guilty to those offences on November 12, 2020 at Southwark Crown Court.
