You did JAMB Regularization and it appeared with a wrong Name, instead for u to ignore the JAMB Reg Number u got from Regularization, just to save yourself the stress, then apply for your DE without a JAMB Reg Number so that the system will allow you input your name by yourself, you still went ahead to register a wrong name for yourself.

How do 1 apply for d DE without reg number bro?

Sure you can.
By the way, it's not "exemption", it's "deferment".
So, yes, you can defer your service until you're through with your BSc. I hope that helps.

U might graduate at 30 and decide to go to camp at 50 or 70.. dah one no consine NYSC.. na which age u take finish skool be dia own.. so u must graduate b4 31 if u want to go to service.. except u want to follow the ungodly route of age reduction..but that might affect u leta on in life..

Thanx bro. But to understand u mor, does it mean if i run both hnd and direct entry(200 level) 2geda and i was able to finish my hnd at 29years. Can i exempt myself from going for service dat year. So dat wen i finish with my bsc in university a year after dat, den i can now go for the service? Can it work dis way?

Which means dat if i successfully get the Addmission, i will ha clocked 30 at the end of my program by August 2019.now i need to know if the age limit restricting students is 30years and above or above 30years. I had the same experience, completed my HND in 2009 while Still running my B Sc program, I went for service in 2010 while in 300 level then, I didn't bother to go for NYSC after my B Sc, Guez what, they alwaz see me as one kind supper man anytime I go for interview, I hv worked in to coys frm then till date, and both are Multinational coys.
Believe me Bro, it will be to your advantage.
This is Nigeria, the same people encouraging you to go for it today ll use it against you later in life.

Hello bro. I really to talk to u beta on som advices com am heading through the same path as u. Am and ND graduate of Kwarapoly who is planning to go for Direct entry at unilorin. Bt d problem is dat am 27 years old now. That might restrict me from serving. So my plans are to go for hnd and at d same tym goin for bsc. Which means by 2018, i wld av graduated from kp and in my 300 level at unilorin. Can i still go for service n still run my program at unilorin. Break it down for me bro. Thanx as i wait ur response

NYSC dont need ur birth certificate, they automatically use the one on ur JAMB or WAEC,which u cant change... Is the DOB on ur WAEC less than 27? If yes,u can backdate it, but if no,u can also backdate it, but i won't work....

My DOB on Waec is 01/02/1989. And mind u, i have not done regularization. Can i still correct it while doing regularization to somtin lyk 01/02/1992 just to make it work, den do oda necessary affidavits

Backdating ur age when registering in skul might not work as NYSC use ur JAMB or WAEC age ....

Am planning on doing a sworn affidavit to backup my waec result and a new date of birth entirely

Above 30, but u will still need to add some months with ur calculation as NYSC will not calculate wen u complete ur program.they calculates ur age from the day ur skul approved ur final result..
