49 year old Nigerian man, Muhammadu Igomigoh, a security guard, shot his Nigerian girlfriend, 44 year old Nnenna Ogbonna, a licensed nurse and then killed himself during an argument at their home in Middle River, Baltimore USA on Tuesday February 16th.

According to police report, Igomigoh and Nnenna had two children together but no longer lived together. Igomigoh lived in the 300 block of Shagbark Road while Nnenna lived in the 700 block of Northrup Lane, where the shooting happened.

Detectives found that he had visited her home on the day of the incident and the two had argued over finances. ‎Igomigoh, who had a licensed gun as a security guard, shot his girlfriend and then turned the gun on himself.

Police share photos of burnt bed, sheets & phones, warns of dangers of charging cellphones under pillows

The Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) is looking for about six lions on the loose from the Nairobi National Park. The lions are believed to have escaped to Lang’ata, which is adjacent to the park today. KWS Corporate Communications Officer Paul Udoto said they were not certain of the number of the lions.

"The lions were part of the wild population and we are depending on the public to report if they sight them," he said.

The wildlife service has advised any person who spots the lions to call KWS. Mr Udoto said the KWS was aware that a lioness had cubbed on the border of Lang'ata Barracks and the park and was monitoring the situation.

"However, this morning we were called at 4am and told that some two lionesses, we believe, including the new mother, had been seen on the road near Lang'ata Hospital. We responded immediately. But we have not been able to track them down," he explained.

He said another call was made by a member of the public at around 5am claiming to have come across the lions at the bypass near the National Housing Corporation in Lang'ata.

"We are still combing through this area,"

Meanwhile, in an update, the said that one of the lions (pictured) has been caught in Kibera.

Princess' story. [b]I came in late to camp, the hotel rooms were full so I was asked to share room with her. Few nights she stayed in,she was always making mid night calls.So I asked her to go out of the room or make the calls in the toilet with the doors locked.The other night she made calls at 1am putting the caller on speaker.
Hearing a male voice from sleep I woke up thinking a guy was in the room only to discover it was was her putting her caller on speaker.I complained to the management they said they will get another room for me but there was no room after yesterdays shoot. Told her she is disturbing . she insulted me so we exchanged words I ended up sleeping on set the next day. When I got back to the hotel I had my bathe laid down on the bed she said she wanted my space.She called the pm(product manager) saying they should throw me out.I'm not supposed to be in the project and the hotel. I said the way she was brought in , I came in as well. She insulted my family ,I told her she has no right to decide who is in a job or not its not her fathers job!She bounced on my lap with her teeth.She hit me in their front b4 I could hit back the men cane in separated us.She said check your leg see what I did to you?I didn't feel the pain untill I went to pee I saw she ripped my washed pants in the bathroom.I pulled the pyjamas and saw a chunk of my flesh out.Showed it to every one who ran to the room.The management took me to another hotel ,then hospital to make sure I was properly treated. The police in Abuja last Saturday February 6th, disrupted a gay wedding between the two men pictured above. The wedding between Abdul Lawal (right) who is supposed to be the husband and Umar Tahir (left) the wife, was supposed to hold at a popular hotel in Jiwa Community of Abuja, King’s Land Hotel in Abuja. Acting on a tip off, the police laid siege at the venue of the wedding.

Guests had already started arriving the venue of their wedding which was well decorated and as soon as the bride and groom, both from Kaduna state, arrived the venue, they were immediately arrested and taken to the Gwagwa Police Station where they were detained.

Eyewitnesses say that other people, including the sponsors of the wedding, chairman of the occasion and the owner of the hotel were also arrested during the raid.

The sponsors of the marriage were named as Abubakar Tahir and Mohammed Sani.
