If these local bodies are unable to act, the federal or national equivalent should hold the governor feet to the fire. The president need to mandate these authorities to perform their duties. The first lady have no constitutional duty. She Is unelected, and as such she Is to be seen and not to be heard in political discuse. She can work behind the scene to influence her husband. She Is not a vice non a deputy to the president. The first lady Is not a presidential cabinet position. She Is the wife of the president, and the mother of her children. Mother of the nation? No, Is not by right. But a previledge she have earn by living up to virtous standard of motherhood. Exemplified by how she manage the first family affairs. And others find it worthy of emulation.
