The law can only punish criminal acts not immoral acts.Hence morality has nothing to do with the law.what she did offends a good conscience and law of morality.....did the act constitute an offence in law?NO!So,since wat she did cannot be an offence in law but only immoral act committed againt herself and which she consented to,it cannot be an offence.There is no offence in law called INDECENT EXPOSURE.If it were to be an offence they would have sued him under south african law...These legion of lawyers are just on a festive frolic of their own.
