So if anyone sells fuel to me, and it is below the gauge, I call the attention of the management to it, and ensure it is rectified.

In the same manner, when your cylinder is being refilled, at an accredited LPG Gas Plant, kindly watch the gauge on the scale or dispenser, and ensure the accurate quantity is refilled in your cylinder before you leave the place. Be wise.
