Personally I just see it as a cheap plot device to justify the whole sword fight thing.

Something has been bugging me though,I know the world got an post-apocalyptic type of setting,but we have Vehicles/Motorcycles and so on,so how come we don't have Guns .Don't get me wrong I'm in with the Knives/swords type of fighting,its cool and all,but still it begs the question.

But good news... Luke Gage' will be premiering early next year on Netflix. Coltrain will be reprising his role as the dude with superhuman strength and impenetrable skin. I expect this one to be more of Daredevil kind of pace tho.

Lemme guess, you're the sort that hate shows like Bloodline, Sense8, The Wire, Breaking Bad, True Detective, The Left Overs, etc, right? What do these shows have in common with Jessica Jones? They are Slow Burners. Sorry pal, but some shows ain't made for kids. Stick to your 'Super Girl' & 'Hero Reborn' that cares more about ratings than a good, intricately woven plot.

dialogue is what I love in shows mehn.. Long boring dialogue, and Jessica Jones did just that.
