I got the router 25k. I just went and read the product description again on jumia. I think I assumed the sim that comes with the router was the unlimited airtel where as it was stated clearly that it's 30gb bonus sim. I think my best bet is to buy the router again from airtel office...

try browsing with it, because on a good day the unlimited plan will show no balance but data will be active on it.
I'm thinking you bought an unlocked version of the router that did not come with the unlimited special sim
Also did you get a special sim with the smartbox?

I think I need your help please. I saw an Airtel smartbox on jumia and was sold as being unlocked, so can use other sims. I ordered and received it in perfect condition. I registered the sim and started using it. I was shocked to see the data balance today as 0.00mb and I checked the bundles, I cannot see the unlimited 20 plan. Any advice for me?
