The heat is on. The people of Abia state are also protesting the supreme court judgement judgement. Supreme court has bastardized the legal system.

The court is supposed to uphold the truth at any time. If it is true that the card readers have helped to reduce Rigging, then the supreme court is supposed to uphold the result of the card readers. I dont know under what condition can a truth be regaded as false unless it is a special condition like the condition of Rivers state REC during presidential election. That is the condition of corruption.

If it is true that the card readers have helped to reduce Rigging and it is also true that Rigging is mainly done through manual accreditation. It is also true that INEC is empowered to develop strategy to conduct credible election and it is true that the supreme court judges were fully aware of the procurement of the card readers and they did not advise the federal government against its use. it is true that some of the judges voted with that same card reader they invalidated. Then it is also true that only an insane person will vote knowing fully well that the devise by which he or she is voting is invalid. Failure to advise the federal government against buying a devise that is not useful to the nation with huge Amount of tax payers money amount to economic sabotage which by itself is criminal in nature.

The Judiciary is an arm of government created to serve the Nigerian people. The federal government derived its power from the people. This means the people can also take back the power from the supreme court via the federal government. We dont care whatever party or interest Buhari represent. What we can see clearly is the danger posed by the supreme court judgement. People died in the hands of those violent political robbers during the election. For supreme court to uphold those elections, it means supreme court has upheld the killings of innocent Nigerians who were mudered while trying to perform their civic responsibilities. This means Nigerians will boycott subsequent elections. This will worsen the problem of voters aparthy that is bedeveling the south south and south east. People dont come out to vote because they know their votes wont count. If the president refused to sack those judges. We will revoke the mandate given to the president through the ballot in 2019. The government owe us a duty to serve our interest. Now that those old fo**ls who call themselves judges have put their personal interest above the interest of the people from who they derive their powers, it is time to sack them or scrap the court. Even my five year old child knows that the introduction of card reader has help to reduce rigging yet those who claim to be learned pretend not to know. This is a judgement made when common sense is not common. If their inability to reason well is age, then they should be retired immediately.

It is no longer news that the federal government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari is currently through the EFCC investigating alleged fraud of the last administration led by ex-president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, amongst which is the NIMASA 13 billion naira land acquisition fraud.

Affected in the alleged fraud were EX-NIMASA director general, Mr Patrick Ziakede Akpobolokemi, Tompolo's company, Global West Vessel Specialist Limited, Odimixi Electricals Limited, Kime Engozu, Bolobere & Estate Limited, Rex Elem, Destre Consult Limited, Gregory Mbonu and Captain Warredi Enisuoh.

It will interest the general public to know that if not all, almost the aforementioned names/companies belongs to our Ijaw neighbors including Chief Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo

Be as it may, while the co-accused, including the former director general of the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Mr Patrick Ziakede Akpobolokemi, were present in court to answer questions bordering on the transaction, ONLY the ex-militant, Tompolo failed to appear.

It is therefore illogical for the Ijaw Pride Group as published by Gbaramatu Voice Group to conclude that Chief Ayiri Emami has concluded arrangements with the National Security Adviser to invade Gbaramatu and other Ijaw communities.

Permit me to therefore ask, when has Chief Ayiri Emami become the federal government, the EFCC and the court? When has the Itsekiri's becomes the law court that have invited the ex-militant, when has the Itsekiri's becomes the EFCC that is investigating the said transaction?

I make bold to state that Chief Ayiri Emami is NOT and CANNOT be president Muhammadu Buhari and the EFCC that has since declared the ex-militant, Tompolo wanted.

The Itsekiri's as a people are peace loving as demonstrated by the immediate past governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan, a detribalized Deltan. A man who gave up his political aspirations in order to maintain the prevailing peace that we enjoyed today.

In case our neighbors, the Ijaws forgot so soon, the Itsekiri's supported and voted massively for Sen James Manager at the expense of their very own son to maintain peace, brotherhood and togetherness.

Despite the pains/injustices inflicted on the Itsekiri's by the Ijaws and the last administration led by ex-president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the Itsekiri's supported and voted massively for his failed 2015 presidential election, some of us still defend the ex-president till date.

Instead of threatening and sounding the drums of war, the Ijaws should treat the Itsekiri's with respect and learn to live with the Itsekiri's as brothers, see the Itsekiri's as partners in progress, having lived together for decades as brethren and neighbors sharing the same environmental degradation.

As earlier stated though we are peace loving people, we are not mindful of the threat of war and the acquisition of war ships and other weaponry in the name of pipe line surveillance and illegal bunkering activities. We shall employ all Arsenals available to protect our people and territories.

I make bold to state that the Itsekiri's nor Chief Ayiri Emami do not have any issue or problem with the Ijaw people.

I therefore finally submits that the Ijaw Pride Group should advised the ex-militant, Chief Government Ekpemupolo to as a matter of urgency submit himself to the court and make his case. However, should the Ijaw Pride Group consider it not in the interest of their son to submit himself then, the Ijaw Pride Group should channel their resources and threat of war towards the federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari, the EFCC and the court but leave the Itsekiri's and her people alone to live in peace.

Let's embrace peace for the well being of our people.

A combined military task force on Sunday launched a manhunt for Chief Government Ekpemupolo (also known as Tompolo), his associates and other believed to be masterminds of attacks on crude production and export from the Warri area of Delta State.

It was gathered that at least one suspect was arrested in connection with the attacks.

The gang had hit major gas and crude oil trunk lines, including the major Escravos-Warri-Lagos-Abuja gas trunk line of the Nigerian Gas Company and several platforms of oil multinationals operating in the region.

Plans to hit more oil facilities, including the Opumami location of Con Oil Limited, on Sunday morning were foiled by the security operatives.

The latest violence in the region began after a Federal High Court issued an arrest order on Tompolo who failed to appear in court for trial on a N34bn fraud.

LAGOS JANUARY 17TH (URHOBOTODAY)-Attacks on oil installations in Delta State entered the third day, yesterday, as militants blew-up major crude oil and gas pipelines to the Chevron Nigeria Limited, CNL, Tank Farm in Warri South West Local Government Area of the state.
Blown up on Friday night was the main crude line from Makaraba through Otunana and Abiteye to Escravos while Olero to Escravos gas line was attacked in the early hours of yesterday.
Earlier on Thursday, the Escravos – Warri – Abuja – Lagos pipelines came under attack. The Itsekiri raised the alarm, yesterday, that the attacks could metamorphose into another Ijaw-Itsekiri war.
These acts of sabotage are coming at a time when global crude oil price continues its downward move.
THE military, yesterday, deployed army and naval personnel in the creeks of Delta State to contain the militants.
Our source, who spoke from one of the Ijaw communities in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, at about 5.30 pm said, “The situation is not clear yet, but there are gunboats everywhere. It is a combined team of soldiers and navy people patrolling the creeks.
“Movement is restricted. The military personnel are going about to show their presence and scare the militants, who strike in the night and not in the daytime. But, at least, their presence has shown that the military was ready to confront them.”
The authorities, caught napping by the resumption of hostilities four days ago, reportedly saw the danger of allowing further bombings and mobilised to counter the militants.
After bombing the Escravos-Warri-Abuja-Lagos pipelines at about 10.00 pm on Thursday, the militants were emboldened to blow up Chevron Nigeria Limited, CNL’s Utunana –Makaraba crude oil line at 10.30 pm on Friday and proceeded to bomb Olero gas line in the early hours of yesterday.
Their target it is believed is to cripple crude oil production and arm-twist the Federal Government. Already, CNL, heavily hit by the Thursday and Friday attacks, was considering shutting down operations, even as workers have been restricted to their camps in the affected locations.
