It is either he is drunk or he is carried away by the contract he was given recently in his brothers government. Nigeria as presently constituted can never work. The constitution is a fraud

Any one who says no to SNC should get his AK47 ready for war. Nigerians should stop using the word 'unity', unity means one culture, one tradition, one believe. North believe that boko is fighting for Alah, we believe they are terrorist, this is contrary to the meaning of unity,

You may not know how we cherish you for that presentation you made. The trees, animals in the Niger delta will forever be grateful to you. You are one in a million, your children are blessed to have you as mother. Hence forth we have decided to crown you mother Niger Delta. You are the Queen of the Niger Delta. We also appreciate Femi Fani Kayode for his unshakable position, he is the true son of his father and of course Prof. Pat Utomi whom Idon't know how to say thank you to him for his bid to save Nigeria from destruction. You are a big fool, if you want to show your hate for Itsekiri, why not look for other means. No body can collect Warri from Itsekiri. Itsekiris are capable of defending their territory.Jonathan will not be so foolish to give maritime security to Ijaws alone. That will be =insecurity. If the Itsekiri youths decide to blow all the oil facilities in their community, can the Ijaws protect them? Itsekiri got about 40% of the pipeline security jobs. From the Itsekiri slot Urhobos got some. I think the people who should complain are Ilajes but I think some of them benefited from Itsekiri slot.May be the president is given more power to the Ijaws in the security. Nobody can undermine Itsekiris in the Niger Delta

PLANS are being perfected by Boko Haram to strike at the burial ceremony of late Biafran warlord and leader of Ndigbo, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, a prophet credited with several successful predictions in the past has warned.

Apostle Timothy Nwabunwanne, Founder and Senior Pastor of Holy Call Assembly, Lagos, told The Moment on Sunday yesterday: ‘God revealed to me that Boko Haram has reached an agreement to come over to the east, and their target is to destabilise the burial of the late warlord.’

Fondly called “a prophet to the nations” by his admirers, Nwabunwanne was ordained a minister in 1992 and went into full-time ministry in 1999.

Among the prophecies credited to him was the Ikeja Military Cantonment bomb blast of January 2002.

Another was the Sosoliso plane crash of 2005, in which he would have been a victim but for the revelation he had.

Nwabunwanne told The Moment on Sunday that he was at Abuja to inform Aso Rock about the impending death of the then Head of State, General Sanni Abacha, but was refused entrance.

Nwabunwanne told The Moment on Sunday that he was at Abuja to inform Aso Rock about the impending death of the then Head of State, General Sanni Abacha, but was refused entrance.

On former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s third term bid, he said he a futile attempt to see him and passed the message to his Personal Assistant, informing him that Obasanjo would fail in the bid.

The man of God further disclosed that he contacted The Nation newspaper about the imminent death of immediate past President Umaru Musa Yar’adua but the newspaper house requested him to pay some money, which he could not afford.

Ojukwu’s burial in his Nnewi hometown in Anambra State was originally scheduled fro next weekend but has been rescheduled for the first weekend of March following disruptions in the plans by the recent nationwide strike and protests over government’s withdrawal of fuel subsidy.

Nwabunwanne advised Ojukwu’s family, security operatives and the entire easterners to be on the alert to prevent the disruption of the event by Boko Haram. He said that the plan by the terrorist group that has made the northern parts of the country largely ungovernable can be averted through serious prayers.

It would be recalled that policemen on patrol in the Nsukka area of Enugu State on Friday arrested 25 suspected Boko Haram members who were intercepted in a Toyota bus said to belong to the Zamfara State Government.

The suspects, who were reportedly coming from Zamfara State, were intercepted at Okpuje, a border town between Enugu and Kogi State, by a police patrol team on routine stop-and-search. Some of the dangerous weapons recovered from the suspects included guns, unexpended bullets, daggers and battle axes.

I respect Fanikayode, he is a man of the people. You can play politics with everything but not with the life of your people. That is why I faulted Okorocha Rochas for politicizing with the lives of Ndigbo. Boko Haram stated that their target is Christians and security personnel. Who are the Christians in Kano? Jonathan assured Ndigbo of security but it didn't work, is it a state governor's assurance that can secure Ndigbo? Over 200 killed and there is no Igbo who are major target? shocked, shocked at blood politics

IBB has told us by his statement that the northerners can remove Jonathan by force and no body can divide Nigeria. I have no doubt that IBB has spoken the mind of the north in the proposed SNC. In an SNC, it is not compulsory that we must agree to stay together, if we cannot agree to stay together ,there is another option which is a UN supervised referendum. Will IBB sew uniform to challenge the outcome of the referendum? Thank God he said he carries bullet in is lap which means he is not immortal. There are people whose parents died in the war, he is carrying bullet and he is complaining, this time around let see if he will be smarter than we the younger people in the battle field. We have heard  this type of arrogant statement from Gaddaffi and Saddam who are stronger then IBB but where are they today? This is a challenge to all southerners. This idiot man is telling us that we must stay in Nigeria whether we like it or not and some people are praising him? For your information, Nigeria has expired and there is nothing IBB can do to compel us to stay in it.
PoliticsIBB: Nigeria’s unity is settled - ‘I can go back to fight a war to keep this country together even at 71 by kpogede77(op): 1:58pm On Jan 27, 2012
Former military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida yesterday said he could fight another war to defend Nigeria’s unity having done so previously.

Babangida said this yesterday in Abuja while speaking as Chairman of the Occasion at the 9th Daily Trust Annual Dialogue, organised by Media Trust Limited, publishers of the Trust newspaper titles.
“You see in this country we fought the war for almost three years for the benefit of living together. I have a bullet in my body, so nobody will talk to me about secession or breaking away. If you do, I would always say yes, get my tailor to take my measurement, get on my khaki and go back to fight a war to keep this country together even at 71. We fought a war before,” the 71-year-old former military ruler said, referring to the Civil War of 1967-70.

Babangida said he fought during the Civil War just to ensure that the country remained united and that he was now ready to join another war for the same purpose.

He was speaking with reference to recent claims by some South-South leaders that there were plots by a section of the country to eliminate President Goodluck Jonathan and that Nigeria would break should anything happen to him.

“Some people are saying that should anything happen to President Jonathan, forget about Nigeria, and so on. I have seen a lot of these. I know those who are saying this. Yes, they are supporters of the president. But I know the president is a sensible person, so don’t waste your time saying that the world would come to an end if something happens to our son. Of course, he is our president and he is your son. He is our president.”

“I have always respected these people. But these things these days amaze me. These are same people that went to school, people who went to universities, people that are educated and people who have held positions of responsibilities,” he added.

Babangida described certain developments in the political life of this country as “Doctrine of Nigeria’s Settled Issues,” and that nobody should attempt to tamper with them. These are Nigeria’s unity, its Republican constitution, the states as federating units and the capitalist orientation of the economy.

“This is what I referred to as Doctrine of Nigeria’s Settled Issues. Number one, I don’t want every one of us to tamper with anything to do with Nigerian unity. Number two, republican constitution is also a settled issue, more or less. Number three, the states are the federating units of this country and number four, we are a capitalist country,” he said.

“Anybody that wants to talk about this country must make sure that he doesn’t do anything that will disrupt these basic settled issues in our political life,” he added. Anybody that is talking about the dismembering of this country, you should not listen to him,” he added.

This year’s edition of the Daily Trust Annual Dialogue was held with the theme “Media and Politics.”

Babangida said the media has a great role in promoting unity and mutual understanding among Nigerians.

“The media has a great role to play. There is need for the media to complement the fundamental struggle and fundamental values that would make us live in peace with one another. They have a role of domesticating our values for the benefit of our country,” he said.

He said there was no conflict between Christians and Muslims in the country as being portrayed by the foreign media and there was nothing like Muslim North and Christian South, as the peoples of the country live together peacefully.

“I believe there will be no conflict between Christians and Muslims, North and South. There is also no such phrases like Muslim North and Christian South. Where ever you go in this country, you will find out that there are Muslims and Christians living peacefully together. You will find out there are Christians in the North and it is the same in the South,” Babangida said.

He urged the media to be vigilant to avoid getting entrapped into false pretences, saying “if we see such things like Christian south, Muslim north, we should disregard it. Even if such people say it, the media should ignore it because you know it is not the truth; so you should not even write it.”

Yesterday’s event was also attended by Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, who represented Senate President David Mark; Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole; former minister of state for Foreign Affairs Dr. Aliyu Idi Hong; Vanguard publisher Sam Amuka-Pemu; and Malam Ismaila Isa.

Also in attendance were representatives of governors of Gombe, Niger, Zamfara and Jigawa states, as well as of Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Tambuwal.

Academic Abubakar Siddiq Mohammed and a representative of the Information minister presented papers on the theme of the dialogue. Two other paper presenters scheduled for the event did not make it, namely Rageh Omar of Al Jazeera and Fred M’membe of Zambian newspaper the Post.

National assembly members from the south-south this message is for you.
We are aware that you have placed the interest of your pocket above the general interest of the people you are there to represent. We the people have spoken that we want SNC now, the elders have spoken in the same vein, what are you waiting to sponsor a bill to legalize or initiate the process of an SNC? If the problem degenerate into civil war, teenagers will use you to learn how to shoot for failing to do what you were elected to do. You prefer your pocket to millions of people that will die in a civil war.
PoliticsLets Identify Possible Demand Of Boko Haram Here And See If Gej Has Good Adviser by kpogede77(op): 7:06pm On Jan 26, 2012
Let me believe that the man GEJ want to know the unseen people fighting him. If that is not the case ,I think he is treading on a dangerous part. The police declared  Kabiru Sokoto wanted,  boko haram in collaboration with biu attacked Kano to divert attention from Sokoto. The government is no longer talking about Sokoto but dialogue and amnesty. The sponsors of Boko  Haram did everything to get Sokoto out because they know they will be exposed. Now they want short court to the problem by quickly calling for amnesty  to cover their evil. Poverty is not peculiar to the north, there are poor people in the ND, SW and SE. We will appreciate the president if all he can achieve in 2012 is to initiate an SNC but he will be surprised at the level of attack he will get from his home front if he give amnesty to boko haram. He will loose control of the south completely. That will be too much for relatives of victims of boko haram to bear. After amnesty, does GEJ have the power to stop the families of victims of the attacks from going to court to demand for justice? If they cant get justice from court, they will probably result to violence and they can easily learn how to make bomb and unleash their own terror. This is just an aspect of the battle the president will face by giving amnesty to Boko guys before the real battle.
LET US IDENTIFY THEIR POSSIBLE DEMAND
* Release all their members currently in detention
* Promulgate sharia law in all northern state
* Pay all of them 65,000 monthly including their brothers in Somalia,Niger Rep., Chad and Cameroon
* Send the leaders to Somalia and Saudi for more Islamic training
* Replace the Nigerian Police with sharia police
* Refund all the money they spent in buying arms and paying suicide bombers
* Compensate the families of suicide bombers for killing southerners
* Create a ministry for boko haram and appoint their leader as minister
* Build all the mosque burnt by the police
* Destroy all the churches in the north
* Provide an extremist training ground for them to prepare members for Jihard against Isreal and America

you can add more to the possible demand
The first question that will lead to oil war in the ND is if Somalians, Chadians, Nigerians,Cameroonians can receive 65k monthly from our oil money then all ND youths should receive minimum of 200k monthly. Occupy your resources will begin, there will be anarchy and the final point is that Nigeria will collapse.
GEJ, GEJ, GEJ only SNC can solve this problem. Arewa Replublic knows these people and only them can call them to order and identify the aliens among them.
PoliticsRe: In Kano, Speaker Tambuwal Requests Amnesty For Boko Haram! by kpogede77: 12:20pm On Jan 26, 2012
Mr. speaker is now their mouth piece. It is obvious that boko haram supported him to become speaker. If boko haram envy MEND and decided to bomb every where to get amnesty, get it at the back of your mind that groups like OPC, MASSOBS, AYES, BOKANIEERS, KK, EIYE, VIKINGS, and other sleeping millitant cells will be activated to demand for their own amnesty. This shows that the speaker has allowed ethnic consideration to becloud his sense of judgment. Hausa Fulani are all boko haram sympathizers.
SOLUTION IS NOT TO KILL THEM, THEY ARE THEIR BROTHERS EVEN THOUGH THEIR IDEOLOGY IS DIFFERENT.
CALL FOR SNC AND GIVE THEM ISLAMIC REPUBLIC WITH ZERO CORRUPTION OR IS TAMBUWA AFRAID TO GET SHORT SLEEVE IF HE STEAL THEIR MONEY .

Well the time to take back our oil is near. we allow you benefit from our resources and you call us terrorist. You said the ministry created for ND was created for terrorist?. Let me inform you that Nigerian economy will collapse if boko haram is given amnesty. We have been instructed to shut down the oil wells in ND if boko haram is given amnesty. All the youths in ND will be given amnesty because our water has been polluted , we cannot fish anymore. Wait and see if that will bring solution or cause a bigger problem.Boko haram crises does not affect crude oil production but ours will affect production, PHCN, subsidy and the economy will collapse. But what will they be fighting for? If the purpose of fighting is to take our oil by force then you are welcome to Afghanistan. This is to inform all those gworo chewing fools always referring to the 1966 war as the basis for measuring the strength of the north that the entire north put together cannot defeat the Niger Delta, they will only end up in mass graves. We are very sure of that. This is made easier by the fact that the southeast alone has the capacity to decimate them. Of course we know that they know our capacity and they wouldn't venture to attempt to step their filthy legs into our soil. We will reduce their population by half in less than one year. What will make it easier is the fact that they will have to fight the west, middle belt, the east before they get to ND.
PRIVILEGE INFORMATION TO NORTHERNERS: You are advised to make the best use of our oil money to develop alternative revenue now before it is too late. The oil money you are sharing with us now is because GEJ is still the president of Nigeria, the moment he step down from power, good bye to oil money. Let no one deceive you that you can cross so many river and come to the ND to conquer the people and take the oil by force. I believe the Niger Delta Boko Harams are just there having nice time. They can't prevent oil workers from shutting down or leaving, neither they do have skill to operate oil rigs. Oil workers and NLC are just hoping that on-going negotiation will yield success and that's the only thing stopping them. ND militants have all embrace amnesty, those that are still carrying guns are nothing but criminals. The army just need 24 hours to send them to where they belong. May be they've forgotten that they and the president are still minority. That's just it.
HA HA HA HA HA HA, I laugh in Boko Haram language. you are a very big fool, most of those militants are masters degree holders in engineering, who told you that they cannot operate the platform. People who have indigenous technology to refine oil. You are not familiar with the ND, if u know the area , u will know that the military cannot even escort PENGASSAN to shut down the wells. There will be another Abaghana experience. The average niger delta youth is an army in disguise, compare the population of the indigenes to that of the army, the ratio is 2000 youths carrying AK 47 to one Nigerian army. How would they survive the assault? or u think the army are more fearless than the ND youths who have been marginalized for decades? We have not started you are already urinating on your pants, if we start fully you northerners will die of hunger.

How sweet it is for our boys to occupy the oil platforms awaiting the delivery of sophisticated weapons. The control of Nigeria starts from the oil platforms. All that is needed now is to chase the Nigerian army from the platforms and take over what belong to us. Let Hausa Fulani go and occupy their state. Let me warn Hausa Fulani that this is not 1966, this is 2012. It will be easier for the camel to pass through the eyes of a needle than for Hausa Fulani to defeat the Niger delta and take over our oil wells. It is cheaper for them to remain in their state peacefully and go back to farm work. Coming to fight the Niger delta people is the easiest way to commit suicide. Be warned.
