Mbappe! What a player. Completely ran the barca defence ragged. Even Pique wanted his shirt before full time. Thank God Neymar didn't play. He would have slowed the tempo with his theatrics.

lol. Suarez winning the league for Atletico after being thrown out by Barka. Poetic!
Meanwhile, Messi cashing out big at Barca. No wonder he wants to remain there for the rest of his life.

You have severe social anxiety. It used to happen to me a lot too. Although mine has reduced to an extent now, I still feel that way sometimes. Reading your story felt as if someone was narrating the story of my life. Back then, I felt like sh*t anytime school was about to resume. It felt really depressing. I took a lot of positive reaffirmation to get past it. Then again, I had to make little efforts day by day to reduce the anxiety.

I am really happy for Jovic. If he had stayed longer in Madrid, like Bale and James, he would have totally lost confidence and form. Let Zidane and Benzema continue fooling theirselves.

VAR is what Barcelona players are watching before a game, that makes them concede goals.

Zidane presence in real madrid is the cause of Barcelona poor form.

If VAR has called some penalties against real Madrid, Barcelona would have won la liga by now.

Real madrid now stadium by President Perez is the cause of Barcelona president resignation, and poor signings.

The Barcelona fans are clowns grin
I don't think VAR calling penalties against Real in every game can make this shit Barca side win anything. Afterall VAR did call 4 penalties against us in 2 games, but we are still way above these clowns.

Barcelona is truly finished. Imagine dropping points at the Nou camp against Eibar with or without Messi; a team they would have smashed 6/7-0 four years ago. And the clowns are consoling themselves that a team about to go 10 pts above them and is about to go back-to-back in la liga is finished. Bunch of clowns indeed.

Henry won 2 Premier leagues, CR7 won 3... so ?
2 premier league in 8 seasons, meanwhile CR7 won 3 consecutive in 6 seasons which is half the amount in his time there.

So why was Henry not chosen ?
Leave him. He is more knowledgeable than the Skysports' transfer show panel to chose Ronaldo over Henry.

You have only succeeded in mentioning Ronaldo's overall achievements. They said best transfer in PL history so get rid of anything that is not related to PL. I have supported my case with Henry's PL achievements not the World Cup, euro or Confederations cup he won. I said streamline you argument to his achievements in PL, you dey add UEFA competition and awards. You think I would even raise a point, if they had said the best player to ever play in England. You should not have quoted me if you didn't understand my point from the very beginning.
Stop acting slow. The criteria as being the best transfer in EPL history encompasses all a player achieved while playing for an EPL team including performances in Europe. Doesn't EPL teams play in UEFA competitions? Read the damn article and don't just air dense opinions. A line in the article says "during his 6 seasons at old trafford he won 8 major trophies including 3 EPL and the champions league". Read!

That's why I said, consider the fact that Henry was also young and needed time but you drew an illustration that at the age, Henry was finding his feet, Ronaldo was done conquering EPL.
Lies. Henry was already a world cup winner, played in two of europe's top 5 leagues. He already had some experience.

Streamline you argument to the Premier League. How can you say, he dominated PL with just one golden boot and 2 PFA Awards Compare Henry's 4 Golden Boot & 2 PFA awards. You are using his overall achievement to judge the both players Which isn't the bone of contention here. Leave age out of it cos we also forget he is older when comparing to Messi.
Winning 3 consecutive EPL titles for United, winning 7 out of a possible 8 English awards, reaching back to back UCL finals while topscoring and winning one, setting a record of most goals in a single EPL season that was only broken two seasons ago, being the last player playing for an EPL team to win a ballon d'or isn't dominating the EPL? All you have been yapping about all day is just golden boot and PFA awards; or you think the EPL only starts and ends with PFA award and golden boot. All I have mentioned since I started the discussion was Ronaldo's achievements whilst playing in the EPL. If you have nothing to support your case, take your L and stop being a fanatic.

Don't streamline your argument to their age. Coming at 22 means nothing.... Who was he then? He came in as a naive and inexperience player too. He took sometime before he was able to adapt which is normal for a player coming in from a different league and playing in an unfamiliar position at the time. That means he would have achieved same if he was signed at 18 just like Ronaldo.
Age does matter in these type of arguments. CR7 dominating a strong league as a young player is something that can only be done by generational talents like his namesake R9 who dominated Serie A in his teens or Messi who dominated la liga at a young age. Players sometimes needs time to gather experience before becoming exceptional in a league. Salah for example wasn't exceptional in his first stint in the EPL, but look at him now. Likewise De bruyne wasn't exceptional at Chelsea but is now dominating the EPL. Hence, why a player is considered in his prime aged 25-29; because he would be more experienced than a young player. But a teenage dominating a league is something exceptional.

how many season did he play more than Ronaldo? As a matter of fact, he didn't even play in his final season with arsenal. I agree that CR7 was a winger. He won European Golden Boot twice and was nominated for FIFA awards consecutively but eventually lost to Ronaldinho & Zidane. Ronaldo individual achievements in not in doubt or arguable but in the PL, he wasn't a better player than Henry that's my point.
I could say the same about Henry not being a better player in the EPL than Ronaldo, and we would be going back and forth listing each player's achievements. But the topic was about best signing in EPL history, which unequivocally should be Ronaldo. He signed as a teenager, dominated the EPL with united winning three consecutive titles as well as every possible title there was to win for United, became the best player in the world, was sold for a then world record £80m after 6 seasons when he was signed for just £12m all at a young age. This shouldn't be up for discussion.

Dats not true.....Henry joined arsenal at 22years. Not in his prime infact he played as a winger in Juventus before Wenger signed and converted him into one of the most fierce striker in history. He was a little older than Ronaldo but definitely not an established player. At first he wasn't scoring goals and fans were worried that Wenger sold Anelka for a player that wasn't performing but after his first season, he destroyed premier league teams. He had the highest assist (20) in a single season until last season that Kelvin Debruyne equalled it.
He came at 22, spent 9 seasons; that means he played in the EPL age 22-30. Let me rephrase it, he came played in the EPL in his prime. Meanwhile Ronaldo left the EPL at 23 after winning everything there is to win there.
That means, at age when Henry was trying to get a stronghold in the EPL, Ronaldo already dominated and left.

Henry had more impact in EPL than Ronaldo. Ronaldo scored just 84 PL goals in 196 Appearances compare to Henry's 175goals in 258 appearances. Ronaldo won just (1) golden boot compare to Henry's (4) including a European golden boot out of the four he won. I am not doing a general comparison but Ronaldo was no better player than Henry in the PL.
Ronaldo was a RMF for the most part of his United career whilst Henry was a forward. I am not making a general comparison either, if not we wouldn't be having this discussion. Only thing Henry had over Ronaldo is EPL golden boot that's because he played more seasons and in an advanced position. Ronaldo also won the European golden boot in the season he topscored in the EPL; leaving the EPL with the record for most goals in a single EPL season which was recently broken by Salah.

Henry would have won all four too but note he was above the age for PFA young player of the year already.
Because he came into the EPL in his prime, while Ronaldo came in as a teenager.

That's the point. Ronaldo wasn't even in his prime when he dominated the EPL. He was young, yet he won both the league's best player and young best player. That's like Foden or Greenwood beating the likes of De bruyne/Salah or Mane to the leagues best player while still winning the young player award. Henry was exceptional, but Ronaldo was in a class of his own.

look below your picture, Ronaldo also has two in less seasons. On the right, the awards won were stated. In 2006/07 Ronaldo won all four awards(PFA, FWA, YPY, PPS). The next season he won 3 of the four; only missing out of the young player of the year (YPY), which he would have won if it was possible to win the award twice. That's one player winning 7 out of a possible 8 awards in 2 seasons.

I don't want to argue go and check starts.
I am stating them. You, check them. Henry spent more seasons(9) in the EPL than CR7 (6). Yet, had less trophies (6) than Ronaldo (9). 0 ballon d'or, 0 UEFA POTY, 0 FIFA POTY, 0 UCL. Both won same amount of PFA POTY (2). The only thing he had over ronaldo was EPL golden boot; then again, it could be argued that it was because he spent more time there. Like I said before, he doesn't hold a candle to Ronaldo.

well, you may be right but they said PL history not all-time. He wasn't too spectacular in EPL. He was just like every other great player that once played in the PL. The records are there. Henry had a far better performance in the PL than Ronaldo. 3 times PFA Player of the Year, 4 EPL Golden boot + One European Golden boot out of the 4. Ronaldo won the EPL Golden boot & PFA Awards just once in his 6years in England.
He won PFA twice (back 2 back). And was the first to win all 4 PFA and FWA awards in a season. Henry doesn't hold a candle.
