Bring all first position in the top 4 countries in Europe together in 1 group, 2nd position in another group, 3rd in another group and 4th in another group:

Group A:
Chelsea
Juve
Bacelona
Bayern munich

Group B
Mancity
Real madrid
As Roma
Wolfsburg

Group C
Arsenal
Fiorentina
Borrussia Monch’g
PSG

…and so on…Let the so called ‘champions’ play themselves, rather than staging them in different pots.

Tougher teams will get eliminated in the group stages, the UCL would lose its intensity in the knock out stages.Definitely not a good idea.

The season officially starts today.A Real win by a large margin and a Barca loss would definitely make my day.But I don't trust Benitez, not with all the draws played during pre season.And what's with all this nonsense about Benitez trying to play Bale through the middle.I don't think Bale is creative enough, so Benitez should not make things worse than it was last season.A League and cup double would be good for me, with the league being the top priority.Failing is not an option.

You guys picked up Kovacic. I'm suprised no one is talking about him.

Looks like a decent prospect and potential Modric replacement, though I'm not sure he's worth what y'all paid for him.

Seen a few clips of him on youtube and if he is that good, then he is actually worth it.Modric is definitely better, but Kovacic will serve as a good replacement if anything goes wrong.

It's disheartening reading comments about enyimba fc having the worst pitch ...I guess because of the rainy season which made the soil/grass moist people drew conclusion immediately.
Well it might interest you to know that after the nest of champions in uyo,enyimba international stadium's pitch in ABA is the only well maintained NATURAL turf in the country

Don't mind the haters.They are jealous of Enyimba's success.

Honestly, there was nothing special about the Pillars performance.It was all down to the poor display by 3SC who didn't show any interest.They will surely be beaten in Aba.
