Apart from long range shooting and pace there is nothing else Bale has over Mueller. Bale is a fantastic player but Mueller is an all round juggernaut. He is definitely better than Bale. Go and check their individual records and titles they are not in the same class at all

Muller is not a star figure and does not have that explosiveness of a star player.He does his job well(scores, assist,et all), but does not look like a player who would one day become the best in the world.You wouldn't expect Bale to have more individual accolades than him when he started his career as a left back at Southampton and metamorphosed to the explosive winger at Tottenham.He also happens to be playing for Wales, unlike Muller who started from the Bayern youth team and plays for Germany.

There is a vast difference between the pair. If Messi loses his pace, he would drop deep fully and do the playmaking from there, and maybe burst forward every once in a while. If Ronaldo loses his pace, then there is nothing left to do than hang up his boots. Abi him sef wan drop deep and turn playmaker?

If Ronaldo loses his pace, his killer instinct coupled with his superb positioning and phenomenal finishing would see him become the best '9' in the world.Although I doubt that because he is 30 and still among the top 5 fastest in the world(faster than Messi btw).So I wonder when he will lose his pace.

Mueller is a good player but is certainly not better than Bale.People seem to have forgotten how good Bale is because of his dip in form this past season.He will prove you all wrong next season.

Lets get something clear. Messi only drops deep at barcelona in the big games (and few times in other selected matches depending on how the game is panning out). Recall he only scored 2goals in the knockout of UCL and that was around 80min of play). Infact you would observe he plays the number 9 role against the smaller teams in Laliga with Suarez drifting outward for him. At NT, Messi cannot even always stay on the wings because ARG has so many attackers to accommodate and they can play the wings too. In essence, droping deep in ARG is a must, they have no creative spark in the midfield except attack plus you have to adjust to what suits your team best. Its a case of CF/CAM for Barca, While ARG its CM fully or CAM.
He can't do any wrong because it is his divine right now.
