I always ask this question. Is it only Wike that has helped someone in this world? There are thousands and one people that have rendered help to people but they have never behaved the way Wike behaved. Why should anyone put him in the class of God because God used you to help me. Man should stop trying God because he will never share his glory with anyone, no matter your status or expertise.
If we take a roll call of 50 former governors, 30 of them have helped in one way or the other to install successor and they never played God the way Wike is playing God.

My goodness! Accept my sympathies about what happened to your uncle. I have some links below that partly corroborate what you as an Ikwerre man have said. The British Colonialism is CLEARLY to blame for allowing the ethnic domination and what happened (which you detailed above) in the Old Eastern Region to occur just like they empowered the minority Fulanis in the Old Northern Region to dominate other ethnic groups in the North. The Southern Cameroonians too bluntly stated that the reason why they were leaving Nigeria for Cameroon is 1963 was because of this same Igbo domination. If everyone is talking about your VERY BAD character for decades, it means something is wrong and you have to FIX your image if you have common sense! I once lived in PH and worked in a multinational oil and gas company in PH back in the 1990s right into the 2000s before leaving PH. All the Ikwerre folks I knew bluntly denied being Igbos but from what Mbata, Okwukwu and Rotimi Amaechi (he is married to an Anambra woman) are saying, it's obvious that some Ikwerres have paternal roots from outside Ikwerre who later settled in Ikwerreland such as the Aros (who were involved alongside their close allies, the Abams and Ohafias in capturing and selling Igbo slaves from the interior to the Ijaw middlemen who then sold to the White slave buyers in places such as Bonny Island, Kalabari, and other slave exit ports, etc). The exact place where Arochukwu is today is actually Ibibioland and the war of 1690s to the 1720s led to the Igbo elements gaining control and eventually adopted a lot of Ibibio loan words, religion, culture, food, and dressing in their ways till date! This is why I have concerns for the events going on in Ikwerreland and Rivers State. Aside from some negatives that took place in the past such as kidnappings and militancy, Rivers people are naturally good people and I have friends from among the Okrikas and Ikwerres and I never forget Rivers. If Rivers folks are bad people, I won't be concerned about their welfare till date.

A young Ikwerre guy created some threads in 2016 which you can read on Elechi Amadi and how Ogbakor Ikwerre Worldwide was created in 1963 with Ikwerre ethnic nationality being affirmed before the Civil War of July 1967 to January 1970, so, it's a lie that the Igbo-denial was because of the loss of the Nigerian Civil War. Indeed... The insolence from these highly pathetic lots among the Igbos has to be stopped henceforth. If not, the ipob Igbos and their backers inside and outside Ohaneze are planning mass genocide against Ikwerre people who deny being Igbo. I've seen videos online of young ipob Igbo threatening to send Ikwerres back to Benin when they forcefully get the so-called biafra. These criminals and expansionists haven't learned anything from the events of the 30 months Nigerian Civil War. It took the 3rd Marine Commando Division of the Nigerian Army led by Benjamin Adekunle and other gallant officers and troops from Tivland in Benue, Yorubaland, Edo, Ijaw, and other parts of the Niger Delta to liberate Calabar, Bonny Island, Port Harcourt and other parts of Ikwerreland from the secessionists. Even Elechi Amadi the famous Ikwerre Nigerian Army officer and Civil War veteran was rescued from prison by Federal troops in 1968.

In January 2025, I saw that NnaMehn's video interview with the lawyer called Okwukwu who contested for the Ohaneze PG under the Ikwerre banner, and Okwukwu was actually making direct threatening comments (about the Ikwerres and Ogbakor Ikwerre Worldwide members who affirm they are NOT Ibos). He sounded like a cold-blooded killer in that video and said Ikwerreland is the direct Igbo link to the sea in that interview while he threatened that Igbos will deal with anything that stands in the way. The Federal Government in Nigeria, the Intelligence Agencies and Rivers State government must pick this crazy man and others up for prosecution in court to avoid a genocide against Ikwerres. I have analyzed the threat videos from a security standpoint and these guys are not joking.

The Aworis are full-blooded Yorubas and they are indigenous to 17 out of the 20 LGAs in Lagos State and Aworis are indigenous to Ogun State as well. The Ijebus are indigenous to Ogun and Lagos States as well and in Lagos State, Ijebu occupy 3 LGAs of Ikorodu, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, and Ajah on the Lekki Peninsula. The Ogus (formerly called Egun) are indigenous to Badagry LGA alongside the Awori-Yorubas and they are ancestrally related to the Yorubas as a result of the ancestral fusion between the Yoruba and Fon people which gave rise to Ogu people. The Fon also evolved from a fusion of Yoruba (Oyo Empire bloodlines) and the Aja people in Benin Republic/Togo axis centuries back.

This is the reason why the Oba of Ajase (Porto Novo) told the ace veteran filmmaker Tunde Kelani in his documentary which is online that his people welcomed the Ogus to live in their midst centuries back because they are relatives. Ajase is the original Yoruba name for the Yoruba city of Porto Novo in Benin Republic.
