Education › Re: Meet Dr. Timothy Aneke Who Ordered The Shaving Of Covenant University Students by kremlin01(m): 9:10am On Apr 08, 2018 |
You are definitely sick and need deliverance. How in the world does a person's choice of hairstyle define their character? I will book a mass for the likes of you.. NwaAmaikpe:

May God give you more energy to shave all their hairs.
No responsible male student carries bushy hair or dreadlocks. I stand to be corrected. Technically speaking; a bushy haired student is a blockhead because the hair prevents wisdom from reaching their brain.
Shame on any parent whose son has a bushy hair.
Decency and morality must be instilled by force since parents have failed in their primary responsibility of raising decent kids. I wish this could be tagged an OPERATION SHAVE THEM ALL and extended to our churches and police roadblocks.
I hear over 60% of males in Nigeria below 32 now wear dreadlocks or overgrown hair. |
Education › Why Do You Drink Beer?? by kremlin01(op): 8:37am On Mar 28, 2018 |
A very good day to all nairalanders in the house!!! Last night I had a meet up with and old friend of mine at a local bar close to my residence. While we where chatting, we decided to indulge in some beverage and our choice was Beer even though we both worked at a popular distillery that produces first choice quality spirit. Anyways, back to the matter.... whilst still in our indulgence, I decided to try out a different brand of Beer from my usual and this brand contained a lesser amount of alcohol but I still was refreshed by it's blend and taste, so now I am considering a change in brand. Now, I woke up this morning with questions In my head as to WHY? 1. Did i enjoyed the Beer? 2. Do we love Beer? Several inference came to mind.... a. We drink Beer because we like the taste. b. We drink Beer because we want to get high. c. We drink Beer for fun. d. We drink Beer to feel among. e. We drink Beer so we can make heaven. What are your thoughts and why do you drink Beer |

tensazangetsu20: Remove medicine from that list. Anyone who goes into passion with the hope of making money in Nigeria would be terribly disappointed. I am sure the author meant "the native practice of medicine" |
Family › Re: My Brother Is Addicted To Weed And Now Tutolin, HELP! by kremlin01(m): 8:48pm On Jan 04, 2018 |
mssrosa: Hello Fam!
This is something I wish I wouldn't have to do but I am left with no option as I am at the crossroads.
My brother started smoking lets say about 6-5 years ago, I only got to find out 3 years. He is my immediate elder brother so we are pretty much close, we are also from a Christian family and I can assure you that we were brought up very well. We have other elder siblings (boys).
From his story, I found out he started smoking when he got into University. He got into the federal university in my state and since we weren't based there, he lived alone in the family house.
This is someone who got into school and for his first year studying engineering, he had a very strong 2.1 and bagged Agbami scholarship. Fast forward to 3 years later, he dropped to a 2.2(which he later graduated with) and lost his Agbami scholarship. This same year he came home for hols and started being all by himself. One way or the other, my parents caught him smoking one day, dad scolded him, mum did same but later on went to plead with him to stop. He promised he would but still went back to smoking.
Right now before he goes to someone's house to maybe spend few days he would ask questions like: is there a backyard, is there a lone time in the house? Privacy etc, just so he would smoke.
He smokes weed EVERY single DAY!!! And now he is getting really slim, anytime I try to talk to him about it he gets angry and walks away.
Just few days ago I noticed he has been drinking something he calls "purple"(he mixes it with maybe coke or ChiExotic). I went into his room and saw a bottle of tutolin which is obviously his "purple". I asked him why he was drinking it, he said he felt like and I told him I was gonna tell someone in the family.
NOW TO MY QUESTION
Should I go ahead and tell a family member/all or I should keep talking to him? You need to go ahead and tell your parents about his condition so they can find a solution fast. If anything happens to him, you won't be able to forgive yourself for not saying anything... |

Health › Merits Of Smoking Under The Got Sun by kremlin01(op): 7:40am On May 25, 2017 |
Good day, I had a very interesting chat on the subject with a close friend very recently and both of left the discussion uncertisfied. This all started one hot Friday afternoon about 32 degree temperature, at a popular bus stop. While trying to board a bus to my destination, I spotted a group of person smoking furiously at about 2pm. My confusion now goes thus.... I had the believe that people smoked cigarette in cold areas of the world in order to get some kind of warmth and it is somewhat reasonable. But why would someone want to smoke for the same reason under this our Nigerian sun? Is it safe to ask if these people are craving warmth at this time of the because they are Devil's ...lol Please, I would like your opinions on this... |
