Anyways, as for Ijebu ode, there's no official handling fee that is 100! You either pay N200 for orders btw 0.1kg - 0.49kg or you pay N500 for items ≥0.5kg, items lesser than 0.1kg are FREE small packets. Any amount billed lesser or above these is/are illegal; all payments comes with receipts too. If you must pay, demand for your receipt or collect your money back!

In Benin I do collect some item 100 and above but the ones I collect 100 will be that I hold my ground.

Though still asking if most of these money collected by post office go to govt purse, and how do they arrive at these estimate they charge? I do know if they use weight for their charge no justification for that because there are item with less weight that cost more.

So how do they arrive at those changes is it weight, cost... or what?

Can this be normal this item I bought since 11-11-2019 is still awaiting dispatch. Why some I bought later I have gone to collect them from post office.

Should it be it is in my post office. I was actually sent a msg on the 13th of December but when I got there on the 15th I was given other item which I was also expecting. When I tracked it I saw this.

We should devise a means of letting them know or persuading them. My one cent suggestion.

I have said it time without number that Aliexpress not having an office in Nigeria is a very big problem for us shopping with them.

I know Nigerian have a very large market with them, we should pressurize them to open an office hear and that will solve most of this issues we are encountering.

All this people dey happy like say them win something. Hmmmm... Consolation!!!

Is anyone having problem with AliExpress app, for like two weeks now, pictures won't load on my app, it's so annoying.

Same here, what network are u using? Mine is mtn. Anytime it's on mtn 4g it won't show pictures till I swop it to 3g, very annoying. I think it is our network .
