When i say Nigerians are the most horrible set of people on planet earth some will want to argue. A good man is saving a life and they were mocking him, hospitals reject emergency patients daily, doctors are witches & wizards, people have no conscience so much so hit & run with a vehicle is the normal thing to do if ur ever faced with that situation. God bless u okada man. And na we religious pass angry

Please what is the name of the first hospital that made mockery of you? Please write out the police station. We need to start from somewhere. Thanks for doing this, your labor of love will not go in vain.

Yes oo........

I am shocked you are talking like this, it shows empathy is dead in Nigeria.

What is the primary responsibility of any hospital, private or public? I had thought it was to save lives or at least to alleviate pain. Are you insinuating that private hospitals in Nigeria are not expecting to provide first aid?

I had also thought the hippocratic oath to which they swear is to save life and alleviate sufferings. I never knew it was to make money at the expense of suffering patients.

I'm seeing this late.
First aid can be provided by you and I. It's not rocket science, and it shouldn't be glorified than what it is. Perhaps more of us should go for first aid courses, as you don't have to be a medical professional to provide first aid. You never can know when it will become useful
Private hospitals providing emergency services is just a waste of time for patients and causes unnecessary delays in their care. I won't advice anyone to take major injuries to a private hospital. Perhaps for minor injuries eg you fell and have a minor cut on your leg needing one or two stitches . Injuries that even if you don't seek help for, will heal on their own (though with a bad scar).
Private hospitals can run minor injuries unit where the sick person will walk unassisted there themselves. If a person is ill enough that they cannot go- walk/drive/ take a bus to the private hospital themself, then they shouldn't be going to a private hospital, but rather a more specialised centre.
The suffering a private hospital in Nigeria can alleviate is not the type the OP has shown. A major part of the hippocrates oath people conveniently ignore is the part where you should first do no harm. If a case is beyond you, don't take it on. That is why the woman should never have been taken there, but to a center with the capacity to help her
Someone mentioned the private hospital providing ambulance, most private hospitals don't have any ambulance. A few do though. You have to call for one using the emergency number . Some companies have private ambulance for hire, which relatives have to call and pay for , but they don't even provide paramedics. Most are used to convey corpses sef

How do you expect the Okada Rider man to know that "an hospital is not really an hospital"?
The private hospital staff could have at least explain, calmly, to the man what could be done, and that should have been done with a lot of encouragements to the man.
Harshly talking to a person in medical distress should not be from medical personnel; they even called police to arrest him!

GUYS, THE USELESS PRIMUS HOSPITAL HAVE GONE AHEAD TO DELETE ALL RECENT REVIEWS TO MAKE THEIR DOCTORED AVERAGE RATING SPIKE.

RECENTLY, SOME NLERS HAD GONE TO MAKE REVIEWS OF WHAT SHAM AND SCUM THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE.

THEN AT THIS DROP-DEAD OF THE NIGHT, WHEN ALL MEN SHOULD BE SLEEPING, ONE OF THEIR SENIOR PERSONNEL MUST HAVE LOGGED ONTO THEIR DAMNED GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO REMOVE THE REVIEWS.

NOW, IT'S JUST AT 4 REVIEWS AGAIN.

THEY ARE FOLLOWING WHATS GOING ON. WE NEED ONE VOICE AND MUST BEGIN TACKLING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR VIS-A-VIS THE ILLS OF THIS COMATOSE SOCIETY.

NB: I never knew Google reviews could be removed or even edited; nevertheless, reviews on famed 3rd-party sites like Yelp can go some way in throwing some mud to their apparel.

How about starting Twitter campaign against them?

The former doc which I can't mention paid her visit, gave her 10k, was so happy that she is recovering, even gave her his phone number, that if she need his assistance in future she should not hesitate to call him, he later more explain y he reject her at her hospital, that if he eventually admit her it would have been another story, that the wound is too much for him to handle, but he cannot take her to LUTH, cos no family to stand, and he have many patients to attend in his own hospital, Lukayat told me she have forgiving him because of the remorse he shown, if lukayat can forgive the man who am I to still hold something against the man or the hospital, pls friends let's stop the bad review about the hospital, at least they must have learn their lesson, I will go there today for more updates thanks, and latest, thanks for ur concerns, God bless us all

Frndfghtr and all supporting this lady, God bless you!

Pls any doc in the house who can help evaluate this lady's condition should pls visit her and advise if LUTH is the best place to continue treatment or if case should be moved to UCH Ibadan.

Advise the potential cost thereafter and We will take it from there.

There is God above and I believe this will all end in praise for the victim, frndfghtr and everyone making sacrifices here. Well done!
