Any job interview that you are asked to pay money is scam. Instead the company is supposed to give all applicants small t-fare for coming to the interview whether they are taken or not. I have attended interviews that I was given 5k, 2k most times and 1k and still was not taken.

My brothers went for interview and out of 50 applicants they both passed but were asked to report on Monday and also bring induction fee of about 19k each which can be paid by installment. Are they real? Is it marketing job? Someone asked me to inquire for her. Thanks as I wait your advice.

It depends on your experience. The (woman) ie the MD can place you on 50k, 70k, 120k depending on your level of experience in sales and monthly target. If you meet your monthly target, you will get a certain percent incentive but if don't for 3 consecutive months, you will not get ur full pay.
