If you said this older people have failed, it means your parents too has failed because your parents are part of the generation of the ruling class. The Epassport is the 32 pages passport and that's what you should have requested for in the first place. Then it cost 27k when you applied on their websites. It means you will start a fresh process for the 32 page passport and it will be ready in 6 weeks time and if there's any issues, you're to be notify about that. It's not possible to divert the money you paid for 64 pages booklet to get 32 pages. You paid online and receipt was generated for you. About the shortage of booklets, I believe it's the fact that the number of applicants in recent years have increased largely and the production of booklets has not been increased to meet the demand. About the time duration of fresh passport, under a normal circumstance, your passport should be ready in 6 weeks from the day of application.

I hope those states that's has enact law to collect VAT by themselves would go through to end. States destroying alcoholic drinks need not benefits from VAT generated from it.

I think is long overdue by the Federal Government to scrutinize some/most of those university in some of the African country. I knew of someone close to me who didn't spent a year in one of those university but today, a graduate and also planning to be mobilize for NYSC where as many students are struggling back home in other to be called a graduate. Those university are just making money not minding the IQ of the so called graduate they are shunning out year in year out. I support the government on this, time to sanitize all this anomalies.

Yes, 2.27 billion naira was budgeted for Inec to maintain computers etc, 1.47 billion was released to them, so the remaining 800 million was not released.
