The same visa officer 4 , that visa officer is a menace
Samuelsontom: Hello everyone please I need an urgent advice, my case is that I was refused last year base on finances despite meeting up to required amount of pof and I defer my admission to this year and I did a new application around June this year with a better financial status than last year, and I always apply as sole sponsorship of my student visa not through any sponsor because I own my own company with good statement of account, but unfortunately I was refused again after 7 weeks of my submission since June, and the strange part is that they treat my application as an appeal and state all sort of rubbish like I didn't include sponsorer statement of account when I've never stated that I'm using a sponsor and also say i didn't include previous Refusal letter in which the previous Refusal letter is part of the document they sent back to me, and also said I didn't submit application letter and everything is in the document they sent back to me and the sad part is that they gave me 5 years ban and that I can't appeal because only one appeal is permitted per application, this is so strange because this a new application and I've not appeal any visa refusal from them this year, this shows that they didn't even check any of my documents this show how unstructured the irish embassy is in nigeria, please I need advice from you all on how I can fight this please
Please guys if u get a 5 years ban from Ireland, which other countries apart from us, Canada and Australia can u apply for a student visa that your ban will not be noticed?
niyogeol: Hi. The explanation on your refusal letter differs from the story you have narrated above. Your narrative is laced with how you feel about the decision. That’s secondary anyway.
It is unfortunate they slammed a 5 years ban on you. But in a way, you didn’t put in the work required in your application it seem. If I am not mistaken, some information you furnished them with in your previous application that was refused might be different from this one that led to a ban.
Again, emphasis is on your finance. That you own a company doesn’t mean all the resources of the company is available for your use. Are you saying the company won’t need money to run if you use its cash to pursue education in Ireland?
For now, I won’t advice you to get a lawyer. Because it will cost you more money and the outcome is not guaranteed. Head or tail, the lawyer will collect his or her money.
If you know your application was not evaluated justly, go ahead to write a letter to address every point raised in this refusal letter and send to the Minister of Justice in Dublin, Ireland. Given that you have been told you can’t appeal this current decision. Part of your prayers in the letter should be for the ban to be upturned and a right of appeal given to you on this particular application. Note that your must write a compelling letter devoid of error.
PS: if you know you have misrepresented any facts about your application, don’t bother yourself with pursuing things any further. I hope this helps. Cheers.
i got a 5 years ban from Ireland last year, since den ive been in and out of depression, do u have any idea of any country that i can apply for a student visa that my ban will not affect? Apart from usa, Canada and Australia. Thanks.
First of all, and lets be clear - I am not a Visa Officer, nor do I know any Visa Officers in any Embassy. What I do know is people that work with me have savage trouble in getting the whole visa process right to UK, EU and Ireland even China and Japan. Also, and correct me if I am wrong, in the Irish, UK and other EU and US Embassies the Ambassador has nothing to with Visas - the visa office is staffed by Dept of Justice/State/Home Office Officials from their countries, whereas the Embassy is staffed by Foreign Office staff, who would find visa issuance beneath them. I can only assume that your petition, once it was seen as a visa matter was given to the appeals officer and he/she treated it as an appeal. I wouldn't think ambassadors would be bothered about individual visa cases, but I could be wrong. I have seen UK, Irish, EU and US visa refusal letters and the Irish and UK give proper reasons for refusal, ones that can be challenged on appeal. Maybe I'm an optimist but I would hope that VO's from all countries would be rules bound rather than opinion based
I do admire the advice you give and it has helped co-workers of mine in their applications
hello, which country can someone apply to if Ireland bans the person?

bro im having the same issue, have u been able to bypass this message?
Question : How can I obtain a credit card Limit Certificate?
Answer: Go to any of the major banks and ask for bank manager. Tell them you need a cash backed credit card . Basically it’s like a secured naira credit card . Meaning you will use your own funds to fund it as collateral ok. In this case the bank will put a lien on some of the money . For example let’s say you need a cash backed credit card for 5m. You will need to fund the card with about 6m because out of this 6m the bank will hold between 10-20% of it as collateral meaning they will put a lien on that 10-20% of the amount you are funding your credit card with. Once you fund the credit card account you can then request for a certificate/confirmation of credit card limit. Some banks take between 5-7 days to issue this certificate/confirmation of credit card limit. This certificate is what you need to submit to the polish embassy as proof of funds.
*He has to be there to open his own Credit card account.
Please i was banned but the documents i i provided were orginals and authentic, please can i get your number to discuss this? Thanks
ICaSNg: Within the last 1 month, there have been reports of students getting visa Bans.
Examples include but not limited to the following circumstances:
The 1st Applicant conveniently forgot to declare she had a previous Irish refusal and 3 UK refusals not only that, the visa office was unable to verify the Bank statement they provided .
The 2nd applicant on the other hand presented fake/ unverifiable Business registration documents as proof of their sponsors employment and also an unverifiable bank statement.
Lessons to students/ potential Ireland applicants: Try as much as possible to present genuine documents in support of your application. Do not assume the visa office or Embassy won't verify, you cannot be smarter than technology and trained officials.
Henceforth, we @icastravels will try as much as possible to verify all financial documents of both the main applicant and sponsor before even accepting to work with you on either your admissions or visa processing.
Hello, i got admission into Limerick institute of technology, i would like to know if there are jobs in Limerick while studying and after studying
Lifeofgabbyz: Hello guys. My post today is about Limerick city in Ireland where I currently reside. For those that want to come to Ireland or want to know how some basic things abroad work, you will definitely learn a lot. In my YouTube video below, I explained how the transportation system works in Ireland, how to get good and affordable clothes, how to get food stuff especially African and Nigerian stuff from supermarkets, among other things.
Limerick, which is a very cool and quiet city is Ireland's third or fourth (arguably) urban centre with strong economy after Dublin, Cork and Galway (arguably). It is an ancient city on the banks of the mighty River Shannon, with a population of about 100,000.
I started my vlog my showing pictures of the area where I live in Castletroy before taking a public transport to the City Center where most shops including Nigerian stores are located.
Watch the interesting video below and subscribe to my YouTube channel for more nice posts.
From limerick institute of technology and dublin business school which school is more preferable? And are there jobs during and after schooling for a business related course?
Yeah Dublin business school is actually affordable, I'm paying €11500, for a one yr course, I was given €1000 of scholarship in master's. This is way cheaper and a far cry from spending two yrs to do a post graduate diploma because I no get 2'1 and another two years for masters proper in canada. Making 4yrs!!!!!!!!!!
