Yes, I got a mail from the embassy asking me to submit a self address courier envelope addressed to myself, my travel insurance stating date of departure and my passport.

Futurewiser:
This is what the Embassy is now sending out to those booking appointments now.

Dear Sir!
Thank you for your email.

Your admission letter states that your study starts on 5 of October, 2015.
The next available date for student visa appointment is September 29th. The student visa processing time takes 4-6 weeks.
You will be late for your studies and I would therefore advise you to contact your university and see if it is possible to defer your admission to the upcoming summer semester 2016 so you have sufficient time to credit your blocked account and apply for your visa.

I thought it's usually the enrollment deadline of the course that matters to the embassy not the resumption date

I received this message from uni-assist and thought it would be wise to share it here.

Notice for those, who still wish to send paper copies of documents to uni-assist:

Due to the ongoing postal strike by the German Post, we strongly recommend sending your documents either as an "Express Brief" (this express service is not affected by the postal strike) or using another service provider that isn't affiliated with the German Post AG.
Please inform yourself regarding the strike and other available services at the post office of your home country.
We are advising applicants located in Berlin or the nearby surrounding area, as the case may be, to personally bring by their documents and drop them off at the uni-assist letterboxes, located at Reichartstraße 2, 10829 Berlin

Thanks eke40seven and Williamso , I rea don't want to study economics, as a masters course. Yes I am not terrible in mathematics given the right learning environment.
I also saw one other school, application starts in July, where as long as u have a minimum of 3.0 , you are legible for admission given that you pass their selection interview over the phone or Skype, can't remember the name of that one.
I had already sent the application, how do o get UNIASSIST to ignore the other 2 courses so that my payment only applies to the applications ul send now?

To add to what mokaz and Williamso said, I'll advise you also to delete those applications from the uni-assist online portal for as long as uni-assist has not yet started processing your application, you may edit it by deleting the application and creating a new one.
Travel / Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by krizhk(m): 9:40pm On Apr 18, 2015
The processing duration for an application is up to six weeks after its arrival at uni-assist and the respective payment.

House I'm here again ooo I need someone who has sent document to uni-assist before because I sent mine last week and have not receive any confirmation from them about getting my document and also payment of $75

Well, I guess das because uni-assist has not registered your mail yet. As dey register manually, there is a delay between the actual receipt and its registration in der system. As soon as the documents are registered, a notification of receipt will be sent by e-mail.

I have no idea, I spoke to only one person. I was the second to be interviewed, he was first. He is a masters students going for a social science course, business management or admin or so. He was not given a test, but he had a long interview. I was given physics test. I noticed the tests are already prepared, the lady just picks maths or physics at her discretion.
Okay Thanks a lot.

Went very well thanks! Spent a lot of time there though. 12 of us for student interview.
Was given physics test, was not difficult at all, basics. Asked about Germany, States and capital, which I did not know all (would be crazy to know all states and capitals) the lady laughed and said it was fine, told me to name the few I knew.
She ran a background check on all my schools, pri, sec, uni, which I am currently. Asked why I was leaving my uni in naija and change in course. My course content as well.
A little bit of my interview was in German, after she saw i have an a2 cert.
I was sent a mail to an hour after my interview to fund my account.

Please was any of the 12 student that was given the physics test going for master's program or was it just bsc?

Hallo house, am kinda confused I want to apply for master's degree in three universities in germany via uni-assist. Am about to collect my transcript and letter of proficiency in English language from my university but they re asking for the address of the university I wish to do my Masters in so that they can address the documents to the university. The issue is, should I give them the address of the three universities which means collecting three transcript or should I give them uni-assist address ?
