There are a lot of schools that doesn't require German proficiency... Check very well with daad.de or better still check via schools. That's what I do.

My transcript bears the name of my church as receiver organization, it's not an issue.
The challenge would be improper certification

Please I need more clarification on this...are you saying that receiver name on the transcript doesn't matter? I can put a companies name as a receiver and still use it for admission purpose?

After combing through daad.de, I'm finding it very difficult to see courses that are closely related to what I studied in my first degree and its making me to be very angry.

I studied criminology and security studies and the only course that is kind of close to this is(peace and conflict studies)

Please if anybody can help me out I will be very greatful.

I will suggest you allow this dude to make a good research on this courses, they are not as cheap as you think, not to talk of combining them together (that is if they are combined sha).
