Hmm.. My sister I no too understand that fetal distress grammar oo, all I hear d doc say be say d baby dey distress and they need bring her out urgently if I no want lose d baby. I cry oo when d doc say him don book me for emergency CS after being in labour for more than 7 hours.. But I thank God, me and my baby survive am.

Thanks to everyone for the congratulatory messages and wishes. May we all carry our bundles of joy in our hands. Our nine months journey will not be in vain.

December mamas, what's up with us? I'm not seeing our BAs.. What's the update?
As for me, I'm damn tired and sad bcs I didn't see myself getting to this time before putting to bed. It's getting too looonnnng and everyday people keep asking "u never born?" Despite all the exercises, everyday baby dancing, and all I've done to induce labour, labour has refused to show.
Now, I'm frustrated and saadd!!
I wish baby will just come out already!

Hello mamas, pls help oo
I saw mucus plug on Tuesday morning (without blood though, just a big long and thick mucus which I guess is mucus plug) I've been waiting for contractions since but seems none... This morning, I started feeling serious pain on my back and right leg that I can't walk well, no serious contraction still just stomach tightening.
Pls what should I do? No serious contraction, just d waist and leg pain and vagina heaviness/discomfort. I don't want to go to d hospital and be sent back home. Is it labour already? Edd is tomorrow. Thanks.

Mmmmmm,it's easier said than done. When someone says I have been booked for C.S and you just answer"the most important thing is for you and baby to be fine" people of God,when it's you, you think of millions.
So I have been feeling this ball-like thing bulging out of my Vagina and a sweet mama here said I should read about batholine cyst. Getting to the clinic today,the gynecologist said it's cystitis and the bulging is from my bladder. He said nothing can be done now because of the pregnancy but some go back on their own while some don't. In conclusion,if mine doesn't go by next week which will be my 37th week,I will be booked for C.S to avoid pressure on it while pushing. So many things have been playing on my head since then. This is my third delivery and I have never gone through C.S or any major operation in my life. More so,we didn't plan for the expenses in case my HMO(HCI health international) doesn't cover.
Sorry for the rants pls. Am just confused.

It is well mama, don't worry, God will perfect everything. God is in control.

Mama, what do you think about Johnsons? I knew it since I was small, it's it still good and how much is the angel set you bought?

Johnson is an old product. But it has Nigerian and foreign made and a lot of fakes. Johnson is very good if you are lucky to know and get d original foreign made. I got Angel to be on a safe side. I bought d Angel set 5k+ but as at last week, someone told me it's now abt 7k.
Cusson is also good and old too but I didn't buy it bcs Angel has more stuffs in the set than Cusson. With Angel set, I'm covered for all baby bath essentials.. It has a body lotion, oil, disinfectant, powder, soap gel, cologne, menthol, Vaseline, small diaper mat, cotton bud and even 10 pieces wipes.
But bcs of all I've heard and read abt all these products, I plan to use coconut oil or Jimpo ori for baby's first few weeks.

You apply olive oil on d nipple and areola, clean with cotton wool after 10 minutes. Thrice a week. From 37 weeks.

I bought Angel set. It has all baby bath/body essentials.

I started last week, that's about 37 weeks. I starting cleaning of the nipples too last week, I had to pause that for now bcs I had slight contractions the day I did it. I learnt nipple stimulation can trigger contractions.

Hi mamas my period is 6 days late I did a test and it was positive. Went for scan yesterday but scan could not see anything. Is it that it was too early to check?

It might be too early for an abdominal scan. A transvaginal scan would be better.
Was it a urine or blood test u did?

Hello teamie.. Worry less pls, baby will still turn. Some babies even turn during labour. Don't worry, everything is under control.

Waddling is going fine o. What you are experiencing is called Braxton Hicks and it's preparing the body for the real deal labour.
December cappo and Teamies please it's time to come out of our hiding less than 7days to the end of November.

Abeg who else is experiencing this cramp,it feels like labour but it stops after a while. I had to go and lie down because I didn't understand what was happening o. I will be 36 weeks on Thursday.

I was hoping to birth baby at 38 weeks but I've been begging baby to wait till next week so I can round up some works.. We'll be 38 weeks by Saturday. I had cramps last night, though period-like cramps and some stomach tightening sometimes. I guess d cramps u are talking about is the false labor nurses tell us..
