what your phone needs is a soft format! make sure the battery is 3/4 charged or fully charged, copy your contacts from the phone memory to your sim or a piece of paper and all your important data to your memory card. or better still back up your phone memory into a computer. press this code *#7370# the phone will ask if you want to restore your phone to the original settings ofcourse you say yes then it would ask for your lock code normally 12345 then he phone goes off and comes back on after some seconds with the phone back to normal exactly the way it was from the manufacturer. you can now copy your contacts back to the phone memory and all the data from memory back to phone. REMEMBER THE BATTERY MUST BE ATLEAST 3/4 CHARGED before you do this format.
