It could be you guys are just unfit, or it could be you need some examination by qualified doctors. I recommend you see a cardiologist at a well-equipped hospital. Some tests worthy of mention include: ECG, Echocardiogram, Stress Echocardiogram, Lipid profile, and the likes.
