An uncompleted two Storey building also collapse at an estate along Mobil Road Ajah two days ago. But the remains of the collapsed building was quickly evaluated.

I believe they don't want the government to know of the collapse building.

I believe some workers were inside the building the the time it collapsed.

The sad thing there is that the removed the roof of the building a day before it collapsed maybe the knew the building was faulty.

There are other uncompleted buildings in the estate.

I hope the Lagos state government can look into other buildings.

if I were you, I would buy a building around Somolu which will cost about 10m to 12m, demolish and rebuild a 2 storey building of 6 flats.
Somolu is like centre which is closer to ikeja, CMS, VI, surulere.

Rent in this area is high, a 3bedroom flat cost between 500k-600k and it's also well known as commercial printing area.

With this, you can make y money back in 10years or less.
