By 5 - 5:30pm again they will start hustling for bus and you expect them not to sleep at the slightest given oppurtunity?

I love your point. It's a general problem in Nigeria. We get fixated on one thing before it finally cast. Once somebody writes a story on how he earns huge amount of money from a particular thing you see people rushing into that same thing. It's a race of survival here in Nigeria and not a race of innovation...

Lagos is part of the western region and you don't expect me to go comparing state by state. Let me rephrase my answer for you. "I think it's the same way bandits in the Zamfara are northerners and cultist/criminals in Imo State are also easterners. So the criminals in every region are a representative of the predominant tribe/religion in that area". At least we still dey hold LG elections... not states that appoint caretaker chairmen. The real election in Lagos is winning the APC primary and that was when most candidates campaigned the most. Winning APC Lagos primary is the real war because alot of people dey queue already.
