Something is confusing me i want to know if my uncle in United State send me money in my Nigeria bank account direct what we be the exchange rate i will receive is it 196 or 233 naira per each one dollar because i saw at currency converter that $1 is equal = 196 naira while i saw at Nairaland frontpage news yesterday that dollar rate is $1 is equal = 233 naira.
