Ok, so basically this is a little weird, but I really feel like this is the only place I can share my problem as everyone else around me are bunch of selfish prycks. Long story short, I come from a broken home, from my understanding my parents started having problems because of money, my dad lost of of his two jobs. So he couldn't provide as much as before. My parents still live together, I know WTF, and its funny, they haven't said a word to each other since 2007, WTF IKR. I have caught both my father and mother cheating on each other, I know its funny and I won't play the betrayal blah blah role and report them to each other because they probably already know. And they are both adults, selfish excuse of grown ups. I have a brother, we are only 2 kids, he is 23 I am 20. He lives alone, but we rarely talk, maybe once in a month. We are like total strangers to each other because of the situation. Now I am depressed, can't eat, started throwing up blood recently and I am considering suicide as it will put an end to all my problems and shame. Pheww got that off my chest. I know I need help, just don't have anyone to talk to, I don't know what to do.

I have had some similar experiences. Basically, I would feel as if I was awake but I couldn't move or talk. At first it was really scary, I thought I was finished LOOL. After experiencing it many times, almost twice a day, I decided to do some research and proceeded to read about 'sleep paralysis'. I found out it was nothing serious, its just a mechanism to stop you from physically acting out your dream. Even though I now know what it is, it still scares the crap out of me.
