Until this point system admission method is being abolished, this kind of case might occur from year to year. When hardworking, intelligent and smart applicants might be denied their hard-earned admission into their courses of choice.

Does that mean a candidate that has credits and some distinctions in the O'level exams cannot decide to study medicine or other professional courses, even though they are bright and smart, this method is not just balanced.

The credibility of some O'level results cannot simply be verified, yet someone with 240 and straight A1's might get admitted as compared to 300+ with credits and some distinctions. This is unfair.

Our leaders who brought on this method need to see the devastating effects it has on our smart and intelligent youths seeking admission.
We just need to voice out.

@Adesegunfat, thank you very much sir for your time and effort to clarify things, but sir, my observation is that in her screening report, the computer uploaded only 7 subjects for her instead of 8 subjects as expected. The 45 point she got was just for the 7 subjects, 1 subject was left out which would have made her points 53/64, making her O'level aggregate to be 82.8%. Adding this to her Jamb agg. of 80% and dividing by 2 would make her final score be 81.4%, if I am correct.

Our pple should relax, the date on that fake site shows march 24, 2016. Definitely, it was a mistake from them. We should stop spreading unconfirmed info at this critical time.

CUL should start flowing into various skools from monday (18th). If by friday(15th) which is the last official working-day of the week, no bad news concerning change in TT on their website. Then I think we are good to go. All we need to do now is wait till friday and see what happens.

To all necessary channels, we can raise our voices. Even if it yields nothing, they need to know the way we feel about all these.

No more glamour in all these, even when the date eventually sets-in. Be it april, may or whatever. Some of us would still wait till may, for stream 2, like 2months away. DAMN.

I greet everyone on this thread. Great work from everyone so far, at this point we need to calm our nerves regarding the TT, cos it is really annoying. I suppose NYSC can request for loan to finance their programmes pending the passage of the bill, instead of toying with us. Its not easy to calm the nerves, but thats the best for now, and lets see what they are up to.

honestly,at dis stage, knowing d various cut-off marks should no more b d priority,the priority is how we wuld make-up to be among d lucky ones to be admitted, do anything in ur capability to make the list, and i bet u being admitted is just d beginning, OAU no easy, the more u go the tougher it gets, my x-predites could testify to this, so fellow OAU students, lets celebrate our admission and also prepare 4 the task ahead of us.I know we all in this trend would be in OAU as undegraduates by APRIL(AMEN), i remain urs kwekututu!!!

@kaydz, some years ago,when internet was not in use, admission list was released in the skol alone, so dont be surprise,if it occurs after matric cos OAU likes doing new things,i mean breaking records,pls go to ife.

@swtzminz,pls dont wait till it is being uploaded,once it is out on campus,go check it there, cos it might not be uploaded till 2weeks to resumption,beat that!

march 27 or not,d most imptant point is to see d list and be admitted,once u are , den ur mind is at rest and ready to resume any time.
Actually,the list is ready,is on its way to be pasted at each faculty, lets just pray no more hindrances, registration for we freshers starts after mid of march, safe people, i love u all!
