Nothing new in this. My church already does this. Any huge sum of money dropped in the offering box is investigated and where the payer is not able to explain satisfactorily the source of the money, it is returned to him. However, I'm not sure the church will go to the extent of reporting to EFCC. The church's role is not to report crime but to get criminals to repent.
