too many first class in an edu system where;
1.Funding is poor.
2.libraries got no quality research materials.
3.students dont even have decent accommodation.
4.parents dont have enough fund to cater for wards edu needs.
5.reading and learning culture has rapidly declined.

Where is the connection btw our fallen standard of education,poor funding on
