The landlady doesn’t stay in our compound she comes only when she hears a complain or wants to collect rent like we don’t even know her children or where she stays

So my rent was due on March 16th this year but unfortunately I lost my late uncle so the burial rites took lots of my parents and my uncle’s kids funds.

So I had to appeal to my landlady to exercise patience till April 28 so I can raise the money for the rent .



So she came today for her rent, I told her to give me her account number so I can transfer it to her.

This lady told me she wants cash only,but I only have exactly the house rent amount in my account and my weekly withdrawal fee is 40k, meanwhile Pos fee is too much even if I wanted to use the pos of which I don’t have extra funds for .

All this I explained to her if only she could wait till I make withdrawals every week till the money is complete.

She said no that I have to get the cash this evening before she gets back .



I realized that my landlady is very mean ,where does she expect me to get cash on a weekend like this?



Like I told her I don’t have more than her rent in my account!!
