Bamss1: How much do you think you will pay for all these items you mentioned if the least worker is paid 500k? Am not saying wages should not be reviewed but 500k is not realistic or advisable.
In my opinion, between 100k and 150k is realistic, the money is there to take care of this and to even pay much more but due to the corruption in the government - misappropriation of public funds, embezzlements and the likes, they assume paying such an amount is outrageous.
All the funds (millions/billions or dollars) they have recouped from the greedy political leaders both past and present which some of them the media has brought to public knowledge, has they be accounted for? Where are the funds now? But to peg a substantial and reasonable amount on minimum wage for people who voted them into power becomes something they frown at with disdain.
EVEN SAHARA REPORTERS AND ROAD SAFETY OFFICERS SUSPENDED THEIR REPORTING AND TOWING OF THE TRUCK RESPECTIVELY TO HAVE THEIR OWN SHARE OF THE BEERS🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Bamss1: Labour just dey make me laugh with their figures. Are they really serious? They should be realistic na. How do we jump from 30k to almost 500k
Your comment make me laugh with your level of reasoning, are you kidding me right now? You should be up to date with the present economy realities. How do u just jump from #230 per liter worth of petrol #950?. How do you just jump from #8,400 per bag of rice to #85,000 per bag of rice?. How do you just jump from #800 per painter of Garri to #3,600?.. The list goes on and on. Do you think #30,000 or #54,000 minimum wage can take care of all this within a month? Or do you think Labour will start from #80,000 to bargain so that at the end of the day they will still land in #54,000 minimum wage as it is now? Try to be reasonable. This is purely bargaining power.

PSALMS 90: 10 States: The span of our life is 70 years, Or 80 if one is especially strong. But they are filled with trouble and sorrow; They quickly pass by, and away we fly.
Do you think 100years is even possible especially now?
Rebuker: Anthony Joshua emerged victorious over Francis Ngannou, securing a second-round knockout at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Friday evening, thereby denying Ngannou his inaugural boxing triumph.
In the initial round, Joshua initiated the action by landing a clean right hand that sent Ngannou to the canvas, disrupting Ngannou's comfort zone.
Entering the second round, Joshua demonstrated his determination to validate the previous knockdown. Another powerful right hand connected, flooring Ngannou once more. Despite the former UFC champion's efforts to rise, Joshua swiftly delivered another blow, culminating in the fight's conclusion.
chatinent: Anthony Joshua may not stand a chance. By the way, una say una motto na no gree for anybody. Wait until person refuse to gree for your no gree.
That's the bitter truth, I would have prefer him fighting Wider than the Cameroonian
UK & US ARE OVER-RATED NIGERIA IS STILL BETTER in terms of cost of living see a practical example why doing a price comparison: 1 pound to 1 naira today is N1,001 so are you saying with £10 x N1,001 = N10,001 you cannot buy everything in that basket and collect change in Nigeria today?
Total = N8,800 so your change is N1,200 that's if you exchange pound to naira at offical rate and buying at the most expensive stores or high brands. If you exchange at black market rate and buy at public market "days" you will collect as much as N6,000 after buying everything in that basket....that's about £6 left.
LET'S JUST THANK GOD FOR WHAT WE HAVE AND STOP LOOKING AT AND GLORIFYING ANOTHER MAN'S LAND MORE THAN OUR OWN....OUR OWN NA OUR OWN O
Didn't you see the part that says "an hour pay" Not "5 days pay", to an average Nigerians, 5days pay is equivalent to £10
